This is a quality foam roller. I like the different textures that it has and the firmness and yet softness it provides. My only complaint is I wish it was a few inches longer. Other foam rollers I have used previously have a more comfortable feeling with the length.

I have always been a fan of the Grid Foam Roller by Trigger Point. I've had my Trigger Point foam roller for a couple of weeks now, and am so happy my physical therapist recommended it for my back issues. Don't be put off by the shorter length - you are still get to all the bits that need a roll. The only position you can do is lay along the spine - but I have been using a rolled up towel with elastics - so I don't feel like I'm missing out. The ridges are really effective and the quality is great.

I was introduced to foam rolling as a means to work on knee issues. I regularly foam roll strategic point in order to speed up recovery after doing rehab exercises. More than once, I have experienced that pain and swelling in the knee area went away as a result of foam rolling and I have not been set back in my rehab training since i started using the GRID. I have the pink one, and I love it! :D

Grid Foam Roller has really helped me with recovery after working out and playing badminton. My lower back, hips and glutes are usually really tight especially after badminton. I have tried other foam rollers that my friends have and I just find that the firmness of the Grid Foam Roller is a lot better and can really get deep into the muscles. Saved my life and my wallet a lot!

I am a personal trainer and I use this with my clients and teach them how to properly stretch and foam roll to help with injury prevention, flexibility, and help keep them from getting as sore in their muscles.
