So glad I spent the money on this roller. Although it is tougher than other rollers, and a little short to lay on for your back. However the different textures really make a difference. There are also visuals inside the small packaging with exercises to do to help. Overall really impressed and worth the money.

Awesome tool for stretching. My only negative is the item used to come with a nice mini-poster stretch guide, but now the guide is printed on the inside of the cardboard housing...nice...but not convenient for the user. Put the poster back in.

Never quite got into foam rolling, knew it was good but it just always seems uncomfortable and painful when I would try it out on those solid hard foam rollers they have that gym, BUT this foam roller is nothing like that! It feels so great and my muscles feel so much better after! I can’t go a day without rolling!
