A dangerous tool - avoid at all costs.

I bought this as I regularly get massages and thought it could help me hit some of those tricky trigger points at home. I worked a spot in my shoulder blade a couple of weeks ago and I have been in chronic pain since. As I write this, I am lying with a heat pack across my shoulder after spending the last hour with my physio. My whole right arm is completely immobilised and I wake up in the middle of the night in agony. I'll need physio twice a week for the foreseeable future to repair this damage. This tool in untrained hands and with no manual is the most dangerous thing I own and I'm a gun owner.

Great tool if it would last

This has been exactly what we were hoping for in a trigger point tool until today. It snapped in two during regular use this morning. I purchased it 9 1/2 months ago. Perhaps I received a defective unit- the inner core material looks layered on half of it.

Work well until it breaks

Works well until it doesn't. I got just over a years worth of use then it broke. One day the arm snapped off at the bend. Same issue others have commented on.

This may be the best thing I've ever purchased. It gets in all the spots you can't reach, and its curved design allows your to get a deep tissue massage experience whilst putting very little pressure on your hands. It's become a running joke that I'm the unofficial sponsor for these things as I have recommended them to every single person I know.

Great self massage tool if you need trigger point in your upper back area, mainly use the pointed end as unsure how the other side works? Probably a bit too pricey for what it is but is well made and solid construction

Great design but need to use a stronger material. The Accucurve broke! I have a Theracane, Musclehook and Accucurve...the other products use a denser and stronger material that won’t break. The Accucurve is a superior design but is made of inferior material. I like the point on the Accucurve hook as it’s perfect for targeting tension in the neck/shoulder area. The Accucurve point is also good to target the foot arch by stepping on it. Please make the “hook” material stronger and TP will have a winner product.

Not firm enough and the tool bends when you try and apply pressure. I bought this to give as a gift and have a different brand of this tool at home that is much better and the same price.

I am a single mother so between stress and physical activity m shoulders are almost always done. I purchased this tbh I stopped suffering from shoulder pain. Its also great for deep tissue massage. I pulled my hammies and I was able to find relief using the massage balls on the bottom of the cane. Thank you!

Great until it broke

I absolutely LOVED this product. Would sit while watching tv at night and use it on my tense muscles (medical sales rep who sits in car most of day). It got all in my nooks and crannies to ease the “knot pain.” After a few months I heard it cracking and it just broke!! Must not be made with strong material. I would give this 3 stars, but I did really enjoy this pre-break. Just needs to be stronger!
