[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been suffering with my lower back, even had my nerves ablated and that wasn’t entirely successful. I teach and train martial arts so recovery is super important. This thing heats up quickly, and allows me to move around while I’m doing recovery work. Not glued to the couch, still relaxing my back muscles and not having to worry about the battery draining quickly is priceless to me. I liked it so much I brought it in for my coworker to try, and she bought one too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with the RecoveryTherm Back. It has great heating and vibration that helps with my tight back muscles and aids in my recovery from lifting. The only shortcoming for me is the lack of battery life. I need full vibration and full heat to loosen my back which only gets me about 3-4 cycles (60min to 80min) which is 2 days of recovery before I need to recharge. I would accept more weight for greater battery life.

A life saver for chronic pain

I only wish that the battery lasted longer, and that you could change the amount of time to have it on before it auto shuts off. Other than those features, it's definitely been worth the cost to me.

Size is a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The belt is huge. Goes around my waist 1 and 1/2 times. Start on my right hip and end up around once and then end up on my left hip. I'm 5'2”. 110# 28” waist. Think this is made for an above average male. I need to move the belt a couple of times to get the vibration devices inside the belt to hit the spots I need. It's not one and done. Vibration and heat does help my back.

Great Therapy Massage Product that gives results!

The 'Recovery Therm Back' Massager, is another great product from THERABODY! The relief one receives from each use is incredible the variable speed of the vibrations is soothing and gentle yet giving the core and the back a deep massage that after 3 or 4 times used, the front core responds to continued use. I take it with me to the office each day. Attach in the mornings and run for about 15 minutes. If needed will use at home in the evening. convenient carrying case easy to carry or place in a briefcase or a bag. Also carry the 'Recovery Therm Cube'. Getting it to charge the first time was a little tricky, but now works perfectly, holds a charge very well. Highly recommend both products!

As happens to a lot of us, after a certain age, things start to complain. My lower back gives me fits after long cycling days in the saddle. This device works!!! I have been using a Theragun and it does a great job, however, the Therm Back adds in heat which seems to work that much better. The massage on this is strong and the heat comes on almost immediately! It's easy to use and the battery lasts a lot longer than you'd think. Perfect addition to my recovery routine!!!

I love this hearing vibration pad ! It's just what I needed to stay functional around my house and have relaxed from my pain. The only thing I want to look into is getting an extra battery so I always have one ready to go while charging one. I wish the charge lasted longer but it's not too bad.

This is just an average device. Not really worth the price tag. Do not get me wrong, it is not a bad product. It does provide heat and vibration. I have a heating pad that provides better heat and the theragun pro provides a better massage. If the price tag was much lower,I would give it a higher rating. Also, the instruction mention using the app, but the app does not support this device.

Love it but gave four stars because of the battery life. Product description says three hour battery life and that is NOT the case. Battery will last through three cycles and that is it...no where close to three hours.

Ran a 5K race this morning and didn't properly stretch - this thing is working some magic as we speak. Vibrations are a bit more powerful than Therabody's other products, but nothing to really write home about. The heat is great and the battery life is much better than, say, the air compressor of the leg compression sleaves. Pretty happy with it thus far - not being tied to an outlet is GREAT.

My wife has been having pain throughout her pregnancy and I got this for her this to help her recover after giving birth. She said it has helped with the pain she has had in her lower back the whole pregnancy. She uses it everyday and it's great!

I love my Theragun so I had high hopes for this. It arrived with a battery that would not charge so I had to return the whole thing to get a new one. The heating element is fine. The massage, regardless of which of the three settings you choose, is more like a gentle vibration and it is loud enough to scare my dog. I was really hoping for something that provided more of a massage.
