Really bad product description

I just went to rebel and used my birthday voucher to buy this and I got home and no where on the box did it say I need to buy another $60 product to use this product. This is very poor marketing and product description

Buyer beware ! These do NOT come complete - poles are required and sold separately- even staff were surprised and did not realise this ! Disappointing to say the least - extra $60!

Not sighted on box that you need seperate purchase

Love the product BUT it does not say on the box that you need to purchase the rods for another $60 to use the defenders. This needs to be made clear on packaging

Unusable with spending another $60 on poles

My 8 year old Son received these for Christmas but was unable to use them as the box leaves off a very important detail that you need to purchase poles separately for another $60. Very disappointed that Rebel would even sell such a product or why they don’t mention this in store when purchasing them. Don’t understand why they can’t add a label/statement on the box to say “poles not included, can be purchased separately”. Will be returning this product.

Great lightweight bit o fkit

Easy to transport and fits most agility poles – no need to buy Terrasphere-branded poles if you already have your own. I use Hart poles and they fit perfectly. I really like the concept; it’s much easier to carry to the field compared to bulky mannequins. The box clearly states that poles are not included, so that wasn’t a surprise for me—unlike the dozens of 1-star reviews complaining about it. Overall, exactly what I needed.

Good quality but read the fine print!

Quality of product is good, however the poles are sold separately which I didn't realise until after purchase so all up it will cost $120 to make use of this ($60 for poles and $60 for this product) which is really annoying. It doesn't state on the box clearly that the poles are sold separately which was disheartening since this was a present for my sons birthday. I do like how compacatable they are so easy for transport on off the training field.
