broken dartboard and still waiting for help !!!!

Noticed this set was on sale and scooped it up for $90.00. The dartboard has been put aside for a ‘staff hold’ for $59 ... but I didn’t see this until I opened it a week later. I contacted customer service and wasn’t offered any assistance (Currently waiting for a reply.) The dartboard cabinet brackets are totally bent and the backboard is wedged off of the cabinet itself meaning I can’t use it at all. I really hope this can come to a resolution as the only correspondence I’ve received from rebel has been the two requests to fill out this review ...

Bent wire

The wire on triple 20 is bent so it’s lowering my chances of a 180, which if I’m honest is heartbreaking when your trying to get that Yano. Other than that board is decent darts are below average and the cabinet is probbaly a 8/10 sturdy looks alright does the job. But yeah can’t get over the bent wire on the one wire that counts. Waaaaaaaanhundreddddandaaaaaayty.
