Greater for your legs.

I find myself in need of setting an exercise station at home during these isolation months. As such I considered going back to many of the exercise routines that I used growing up playing soccer. This hurdles are excellent. They are a great addition for anyone interested in circuit or cardio training at home as they allow you to engage those leg muscles that lose tone over the years. I bought two sets as I train with my brother. I personally recommend everybody trains with a partner at home for motivation.
