Terrasphere 4M Speed Ladder

The speed ladder is great, it comes with its own storage bag that can be thrown over the shoulder, is compact which also makes it easy to transport and store. The length is just right for the training exercises that we do ad the rungs are also adjustable to allow the gaps between rungs to be made bigger or smaller. The ends of the ladder can also be pinned into the ground to lock it in place if needed.
