Our Teeter hope

We love our teeter freestep cross trainer.I originally bought this item for my partner who has just been diagnosed with parkinson. We have been told that exercise will be his best friend from now on. After joining a parkinsons group on line we found out that somebody on there was using the teeter freestep and it was helping him considerably . That was enough for us to source one and buy it.We had a slight hiccup with delivery with our first order. But Rebel customer service was very helpful. And we reordered another machine and this one arrived safely. Both my partner and myself, as well have been using it.And we love it. It is a bit early to say this item has has made a big difference to our fitness, but we are optimistic and enjoying our workouts. And above all I hope it helps my Partner with his mobility. Here's hoping regards Sherry

Freestep helps build strength and fitness

Have previously owned a Teeter inversion table and the quality of the Freestep matches that of the inversion table. Solid, easy to use and well designed for user comfort. I bought the Freestep to help with recovery from a spinal injury and so far it appears to be doing the job, helping me build strength and fitness.

Assembly and ready to use.

I haven’t used it yet due to I just finished the assembly. The assembly of the Teeter LT3 was super easy while using the BILT app.

Teeter FreeStep LT3

The Teeter FreeStep LT3 is a solid recumbent cross trainer that offers a smooth, low-impact workout. It’s comfortable to use and operates quietly, making it great for home use. However, I expected a bit more resistance or pressure on both the legs and arms during workouts. Also, the assembly process was more complex than I anticipated, so give yourself some extra time or consider help if you’re not very handy. Overall, it’s a good machine but with some room for improvement.

My Teeter

I’m enjoying myLT3. It did have one problem in assembly- two of the holes in the base were not threaded to accept the bolts and washers. My son tapped them out and the rest of the assembly went well. I’m using the Lat3 regularly as part of my recovery from spinal surgery.

FreeStep LT3

Finally got it together and am now using it. Not as much as I'd like to. I have the seat all the way back, but I still feel cramped. Is there a way to go back further or maybe I did not do that part right? And when you first start out, it seems a little choppy until you get going then it peddles smoother.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Overall satisfied, chair / seat could be improved.

The LT3 is good value for the money. The only thing I'd change would be the "chair". The base / seat is wide enough for a larger person, but even at the 2nd setting, it's just not deep enough to prevent that "perched" feeling. Plus, even with the optional gel seat cushion, your bum is still numb after a 45-minute stint. Lastly, the chair back should be more curved so that you can settle into it and relax while you're working your legs / arms.

Yes, I recommend this product.
