Teeter FreeStep LT3 Recumbent X Trainer

I have had the Teeter for about a month and use it frequently. It’s a solid product and easy to set for different configurations. I’m very happy with the purchase and am considering a purchase of another Teeter machine (the rower).

The teeter product works better than anticipated. Extremely satisfied with its operation and ease of usage. Excellent home based for overall body workouts.

Súper quite . Super comfortable and fun. Worth every penny I paid for it. I ordered the mat that goes with it. I also ordered the cushion. I always need extra padding on my bottom. Some people may be fine with it the way it comes . I exercise most times 60 minutes at a time. I feel the cushion really helps. I’m not one who is crazy about exercising. I love this equipment. Hesitated on spending the money …….but don’t it’s great. Not much problem putting together either. It took me around 2 hrs .

Love this! I can exercise at home and not have to go to a rehab or gym!

I bought the teeter because I was looking for something low impact. I had used a similar machine at a physical therapist office. For my use this is great,

Easy to assemble, not too pricey, smooth operating and very quiet in motion.

This equipment was easy to put together. All parts were in separate bags with indications for each step. Instructions were well written.

I was in love with my Freestep lt3 until I got COVID. It's taken me over a year to get back on a. I think I'm cursed bc I can't lose any weight.

There was no communication regarding when to expect arrival. We heard the day before. We weren’t home so the product arrived and was left at the entry. I had to struggle a VERY heavy box to our apartment. When I started to assemble it, there was a screw that I could not get in, so we hired it put together. We had asked about white glove service, and were told that they don’t offer it. I think you need to reconsider your decision to lay the task of getting the box in and assembly on the buyer. It sat here for two or three weeks before we were able to use it. We have both used it and like it.

I have a bad hip I ride the freestep 40 min. a night. I love this cross trainer has helped me so much.

My Freestep is exactly what I needed being a senior. Perfect for winter when too cold to walk for exercise. My senior husband easily assembled it.

This is a great idea however functionally it’s not made for heavier people. The arms are too close together for heavier body types . If there was more range in the arms then this would be a great product.

Installation was reasonable. Does what I expected for the most part. Was sent wrong model( LT1), but Teeter replaced with LT3. My only issue is that the motion is not as smooth as I hoped. There is a feeling of higher resistance at the end of each step. The only way I have worked around this is lower the resistance lower than what I prefer.

• Glad I bought the Teeter Freestep LT3 and am recommending it to friends. I have an old lower back injury and with this bike I can exercise pain free. • With my metallurgical and mfg background, I automatically assess gauge, materials, metal vs plastics, etc. I am picky and I appreciate what appears to be a sturdy design and attention to design choices and tolerances. It sure has a smooth operation and it's simple to make adjustments. Could hardly believe that it really is quiet! • Pkgd width was 1" too wide to get thru my interior doorways. This created grunt work flipping 110# corrugated box sideways. But was doable for this 67 yr old lady. Love the in-line plastic hand holds in the corrugate and appreciate that they were on both ends. That made a HUGE difference maneuvering box. • Kudos to staff that wrote assy instructions. Double kudos to individually pkgd hardware. That was genius. • A telescoping holder for my laptop (like my WeatherTech car phone holder) would be a beneficial feature, but I'm okay with the current design because it's in-line with the downward angle of the bike so isn't awkward to watch Teeter YouTube videos and Dish Anywhere app.

Very solidly built machine. Still working on getting the positions just right. Glad I bought it.

I just started using the lt3 about a month ago. It works really great. I have some friends who have retired like myself and I recommended it to them for their exercise program. I really like how quiet it is. I watch tv while working out. I’m completely satisfied with my teeter lt3.

I’ve just started using the Teeter this past month but I’m already stronger and feeling better. I have fibromyalgia and SI joint dysfunction making some traditional exercises difficult. This has helped so much!

My husband and i love our new Teeter Freestep LT3. It has been the best home equipment I've ever purchased, very well made and very comfortable. Both of us are seniors, it helps our joints, muscles and circulation. Love it!

I am very please with this purchase. It is quiet, does the job and so far seems well constructed. It was a little more difficult to assemble that I thought, however the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Based on the representations and price, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Excellent product; however, there was a screw laying in the bottom of the box. It had popped-out of the flywheel plastic housing (at rear of product), I screwed it back-in, but it would not tighten. Other than that, the product is excellent and your instructions were perfect. Thank you.

Perfect ! Especially if you have knee problems and walking/jogging is not for you, as well as biking gets on your knees. This is the machine for you!

I have severe degenerative discs throughout my entire lumbar spine due to scoliosis. I can no longer even walk around the block. I bought the teeter to use both for warm up before exercises and for calorie burn. I am able to use it without impacting my back. My only negative is the kindle holder needs an extension bar so I don’t have to reach to change page

I am amazed by the ease of set-up--from the carefully wrapped sections; to the LABELED step-by-step parts; and the handy BILT 3-D instructions. Wow! I wish all companies would follow suit for any self-assembly products. Worked up a sweat and didn't have any hip or lower back pain afterwards--a WIN! Super whisper quiet too. An enjoyable and effective workout!

My wife and I decided it was time to start getting some exercise into our lives. We are both over 60 and were looking for something that was easy on the joints but provided a workout. I spent a lot of time online and discussing with my doctors on the best type of equipment. That's when I came across the Teeter hybrid elliptical recumbent trainer. Just what we were looking for. We've had about a month or so and have used it numerous times now and it's great. Easy to use. If I had one draw back it would be the display as it is only in monochrome and a bit small. I assembled it myself and the instructions were superior to anything I've had to put together before. clear and concise with accurate figures. I'm a technical systems instructor and we know checklists. We are happy with our choice so far.

The timer does not work at all and I am pretty disappointed in that. The seat is not as user friendly and easy to adjust as I would like. The action is not as smooth as I would like so really can't get heart rate up.

Equipment is great but seat adjustment needs work. With back in upright position seat is uncomfortable. Needs to be adjusted farther forward

I had a knee replacement surgery in March and had physical therapy 3 times a week. After I reached the amount of visits the insurance company would pay for I decided to look into the Teeter for home to continue exercising my knee. It's a great machine and I love it. It was a very reasonably price compared to other machines.

Good alternative to recumbent bike

a trouble shooting guide, I can not move the resistance dial to one. i will need to call support for help

I LOVE my TEETER LT3! I use it everyday and my knees are happy that I do! When I use it my knees don't hurt and afterward, they feel better also. It was not easy for 1 person to put together (and I don't have inate ability to put things together) but, after 3 hours I was done with it and I can say that I alone did it!
