Comfort and. Results

We are a family that likes to walk outside, some of us daily. Weather often doesn’t permit us to do so safely because of ice, snow or rainy conditions. My husband researched and we bought this CrossFit for indoor use every day. It was well packaged and with two people, went together easily. All of us can use this machine by changing the resistance and seats height. We love it so far! It’s in our living room so we can watch tv or listen to air buds. It makes no sound so far. We are seniors and our son uses it also. Changing the resistance lets each of us get the workout we need for as long as we can go! We purchased the extra gel seat cover and are glad we did. This low impact workout is perfect for us. We look forward to staying agile and heart healthy!! We’ll never need to skip a workout for bad weather again.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Able to get a good workout, but squeaks and pops loudly. The setback wobbles enough to be annoying. I have doubts that it will last very long. I hope I am wrong.

If I could give a zero star I would. It was a cheaply made piece of crap that you all pass off as fitness equipment. Disappointed and would never recommend

A little disappointed

I was looking for a more compact bike.. i am unsatisfied with the seat, its inability to move back further is maddening. This has been very hard to use this early after my surgery… I use a bike at Therapy 2–3 times a week but finally at 4 weeks I can use this at home with a lot of discomfort.

A CENTRAL PART OF OUR FITNESS ROUTINES

I was recovering from open heart valve surgery followed by two back surgeries and finding it difficult to regain a healthy level of exercise. The Free Step was the perfect workout starter on the path to recovery, and 44 months later it is still a part of my daily fitness routine.

Best thing I’ve done for my health

I have osteoarthritis in my right hip that has progressed from simply annoying to now bone-on-bone full hip pain full time. For a long time I was able to continue working, exercising, and enjoying time in my garden. But as the pain progressed, I found myself becoming increasingly sidelined from all the activities that I loved doing. As I became less active, I sat more, my weight went up and I was really getting depressed. My brother has similar issues and he had invested in the LT1. He had worked to get his weight down, losing more than 185 lbs and he attributed his success in part to his Teeter. So, he really encouraged me to at least look into the Freestep. I did and really liked what I read, especially about the low impact on major joints like the hip. I took the plunge and got the LT3 and I’m so glad I did! I was able to assemble the Freestep on my own - I’m not saying it was the easiest thing I’ve ever done because this thing weighs a ton, but I took my time, used the BILT app (which I highly recommend), and I was able to assemble the LT3 in a relatively short period of time. I’ve been using my Teeter almost every day and riding for about 30-35 minutes. Slowly increasing my intensity level; I’m on level 4 now. I’m also working to get my weight down as I’m scheduled for hip replacement surgery at the end of September, and I can honestly say the Teeter has really helped me with my weight loss. It’s also enabled me to increase my daily steps because I think it really helps loosen up my hips so it’s a bit easier to walk. I’ve gone from sitting most of the time with a step count of about 2,000 per day to 6,000-7,000 steps per day - that’s a huge improvement! I’m extremely happy with my LT3 and I’m absolutely sure it’s going to help me in my post-surgery recovery as well. Sorry to be so long winded, but hopefully this helps others who may be thinking about getting the Freestep. It’s worth every penny!

Yes, I recommend this product.

What a well made unit

My FreeStep LT3 is just what I needed to get the daily exercise I need. It’s easy to use and doesn’t put strain/pressure on my hips, legs, or feet. The App for assembly instructions was perfect and the MOVE App to help with exercising is free to us and nice to have. This unit is quality and structured strong. I gave it a 5 star rating easily.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great for people with mobility issues!

We have had the Free Stp LT3 Cross Trainer for about a month. It's great! It is super smooth and super quiet. My husband who has mobility issues due to MS uses it daily with no trouble. Due to weakness in one leg he can not pedal a bike, but this cross trainer motion is just right. This machine lives up to the great reviews. Thank you for a great product!

I love this machine. I have severe back issues after botched back surgeries and walking long distances is not possible. The action on this is very smooth. It's easy to change the settings to work different muscle groups. I research a lot of machines and I'm so glad I bought this one.

Not crazy about this machine

I used to work out at the YMCA but got a Teeter. The seat is so uncomfortable I don’t even want to use it no matter how it’s adjusted. Padding or pillows don’t help either. If I had it do so over I would not buy this machine.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Blood sugar was high needed to find an easy solution to exercise. Researched all possibilities and liked the idea of a recumbent elliptical device that was easy on my knees. Placed it in my computer room now I get up first thing in the morning go in turn on my computer and watch my morning bible study and get a workout at the same time easy peasy.

Teeter LT3 Elliptical Recumbent Cross Trainer

At 81 introduced to a recumbent cross trainer (not a Teeter) in my pulmonary rehab program. Which seemed to help and I knew after completing the program I wouldn't go to a local gym to continue to work out. Researched and found the Teeter Recumbent cross trainer and purchased one for my personal use at home. Very satisfied with the quality, features and price paid. Yes I would recommend this product to anyone.

Almost perfect!

This machine was easy to assemble and is well made and works well, but lower bars on the side would make it easier for the mobility limited to get on and off. A regularly mobile person wouldn't even notice it as an issue. I am very happy with it.

Not working for me

I was finally able to get it into my house and put it together, tried it for the first time. The design makes it very difficult to get on because I have a lot of difficulty lifting my right leg due to a neurological condition. Seat does not slide forward or back or turn. I use a NuStep at Physical therapy and it is much easier to get on and exercise. I was hoping the LT3 would be similar since I really didn't want to spend as much as a NuStep would have cost me. I am now in the process of returning it. Unfortunately, Teeter does not have a place you can go to try out before buying. Will never buy exercise equipment on line again. I would recommend u try it before u buy it but that is not possible.

No, I do not recommend this product.
