FitSpine X3 Inversion Table works as it was intended, and it helps me to decompress my lower back.

I LOVE MY TEETER!! I use it at least 2x a day to relieve the pain and pressure from degenerative disc disease in my neck that I cannot take medicine to alleviate.

Out of the box the teeter is easy to assemble. And the process of tuning the balance was also quick and made easy by the helpful instructions. I use my teeter 3-4 times a day and feel that it immediately provided increased lower back comfort (I have a herniated L3-L4 disc). I've been recommending it to everyone I know!

It works and definitely helps me and my wife's back. Only think is it is difficult to get out and step over the side bars. Guess I should of bought the top model instead but it is too late.

I have 6 herniated disks, 3have been that way for 30 years. I have serious difficulties getting up and walking when I push it too hard. Since using the teeter, I have less daily pain, and have some additional flexibility.

I really like my Fitspine X3 and use it often. It gives me a feeling of freedom when I use it. I had it set at 20 degrees for the first month and have graduated to 45 degrees. Not difficult to make the transition at all.

I could go on and on about all the benefits of this inversion table including the ease of assembly, ease of use, rock solid build quality, great design and, most important, how much it has benefited my back. But rather than that, I can best sum up my feelings by stating that, should I ever find myself in the neck of the woods where Teeter is located, I'm going to want to give everyone who works there a big hug! The Teeter table worked great. Within one week of getting the table, my lower back pain disappeared. Simple activity like raking leaves or shoveling snow were guaranteed to cause lower back pain. But since I’ve been using the Teeter table, those type of activities no longer cause back pain. I use the Teeter for 5 minutes in the morning before I get dressed for work, and in the evening after I shower. There has been no other changes or treatments that I’ve implemented, so there is no doubt that the Teeter is the reason for the cessation of my back pain

This thing seems amazing but if you're currently in pain. I would recommend you wait a little bit or use it extremely sparingly.

My teeter is a life saver, i have only had it for a little over a month now. Before i was in pain daily in my lower back down my left leg to my knee. I also have cervical spinal stenosis with occipital neuralgia, so i was a little afraid what it would do with my head and neck. As long as i invert slowly and not all the way, i am good. After the first time on my teeter when getting off, the nerves in my lower back started to tingle, i then knew i had something great. I try to use it daily because if i don't for a couple of days, the pain starts to return. I am glad i purchased the X3 because it is easy to pull yourself back up. I was really afraid of a future surgery, but now it might not have to be. I am starting to walk better and for longer periods of time. Thanks to Teeter, I see a brighter future. The Teeter offers relief to my back, taking pressure off my spine. It's sturdy and easy to use. This version is a great quality. The instructions to put it together were clear. The descriptive drawings were helpful. The inversion table has reduced back pai.

One of the best purchases I've made to continue my healthy way of living. It has really helped my overall body especially my back and legs.

I have compressed discs in my spine. At L-5, S-1 the disc has a 6mm protrusion that contacts nerves which cause severe pain in my left leg and lower back. I am conducting physical therapy that includes water exercise and traction to relieve the disc compression. Although this helps, I wasn't able to address the pain and loss of leg function between sessions. When I obtained my Teeter Inversion Table and began using it, I experienced immediate lessening of the nerve interference and resulting pain. Daily five-minute sessions on the table that allow relief of compression in my spine help me to have much better mobility function and complement the traction therapy. I've been able to reduce the physical therapy session frequency through use of the Teeter table.

I was very skeptical about getting any inversion table and was afraid it would be a big expensive coat hanger. Ended up getting Teeter due to reviews. Quality is great. Solid. Moves smoothly. And fairly easy to move once set up. I ended up doing simple (tethered) inversions to start and then fully released. After a few times I felt parts of my hips and stomach start to open up. A few slight shifts left and right help. Added benefit is I get the blood flowing to my upper body and head (all while my Labrador finds it a game to come and incessantly lick my face). The one downside - I find the handles to be a bit strange. If the were on the stationary part of the table they would help me get fully upright after inversion. I just can’t figure out the full value of them.

I had some lower back pain and shooting pain down my left leg. I do pay visits to chiropractor . Several years ago I remember seeing the adds on TV of the older Mr. Teeter with the inversion table which impressed me but I did nothing. Then several months ago my brother in law told me he had an inversion table (different brand) and was using it. It was than that I recalled the old adds of Mr. Teeter and something told me that I need to get me one. So I went online and choose the FitSpine X3 Inversion Table. I love it ! So far I'm reclining about 60% 3 times a day and may never recline farther because it works so well at 60% but may in the future. My lower back and my leg pain feel so much better! I wish I would have got it when I first seen Mr. Teeter on TV.

I love this table. It helps a lot for my back. I like the new feature to stretch more with the grip extension. My only concern is the safety strap only goes to 60 it would be nice to go 90 without locking back.

Easy set up

I’ve been using the Teeter Inversion for about 13 years I’m 78 years old and was diagnosed with Severe Stenosis about 14 years ago. The Doctor had scheduled me for surgery and my wife took a fall and fractured her ankle so I couldn’t take the surgery because I had to look after her, that put me back on the waiting list and here in Canada that can that can take some time. While all this was going on a friend that knew about my back introduced me to his Teeter I tried it and purchased a used one and starting doing 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening, at that time I couldn’t walk 100 ft without my 2 legs going num and I had to sit down or fall down, I will say this what took years to put me in that condition took about a month or maybe 2 before my legs stopped going num and that’s at the lease 13 years ago and my legs has not gone num any more and I still haven’t had back surgery. I after purchased the EP960 and just recently purchased the Teeter FitSpin X3 a beautiful upgrade and will never be without one as long as I live and can get in it and I do the full Inversion but now only 5 minutes twice a day because I don’t need the 10 minutes. My advice to anyone purchasing a Teeter Inversion machine please give it time remember what I said what took years of wear and tear to put your back in the condition it’s in just ain’t going to fix in a few days. The Teeter is the best machine in my opinion you can purchase but use it and stay with it because I’m living proof and it has kept me getting around for all these years and from having surgery.
