Teeter FitSpine X1 Inversion Table

This inversion table : 1) Structurally sound and well designed. There is no fear in its use and I would give the designer five stars . 2) This the FitSpine X1 and does not have all the bells and whistles of the more expensive models but I don't feel they are needed. 3) There are plenty of videos for its use. One important point that I learned is that if you do have a small butt, place a throw pillow underneath you and the inversion table. This will help to get the best effect. 4) There aren't any instructions nor videos on where to place the nodes so good luck with that. 5) My inversion table came without the hardware and was sent to me after complaining, but without an apology (interpersonal skills lacking). The screws are sae but use a metric Allen wrench(?). 6) The inversion table came improperly assembled. The offset flanges were backwards making it impossible to set the seat into the slots. So reverse them as needed.

I purchased my second Teeter because of a smaller living area, lighter weight to move around, and the form of the Teeter to my body. The form to my body was a nice surprise. I am using the lumbar and acupressure points to improve body posture and release a tight back. I gifted my old Teeter to an excellent physical therapist who is enjoying the inversion.

Gosh I wish I could put mine together but just getting it in the house and un-boxed was tiring for me and all of the pieces are too intimidating. I have high hopes though if I’m ever feeling well enough again. Was just diagnosed with GERD though out of nowhere so I’m not sure this is going to work for me.

Great product for back pain relief. Assembly was easy and it's very sturdy.

The Teeter box sat in the garage for 10 days before I finally decided to assemble, not sure what I got myself into. Saturday morning after opening the box scratching my head and peeling off plastic I was looking at the finished product. set the safety strap to the max and figured let's go all the way, my lower back has needed a chiropractor for 25 years. it took about a minute for me to totally let my core muscles relax and after that I could feel my spine and stomach stretching. I let my arms dangle above my head so my hands were touching the ground. Complete expansion of this 60 year old frame. 7 minutes later, trying to get back up was a real effort, realizing I went to far. The next day I reduced the degree of tilt read the directions and got back on. After 2 times on I could feel the relief, as I went through the regular course of my day I began to notice pain free events, realizing what I had gotten used to over the last quarter century. Truly amazing!! I do 8 minutes a day 3 times a week and feel great. Can't wait till spring to try it out on the golf course. Thanks Teeter folks

Excellent adjustment for the whole family to use. Very sturdy and love the pressure point knobs which are easily adjustable and reposition

I have had lower back pain for quite some time, i kept seeing the commercials for the teeter and was curious. I asked a co worker what he thought about it and he was gushing, so I got it and thank my lucky stars I started using the teeter and my back is pain free I move freely I move without pain, all thanks to the teeter, I’m glad I bought it

I’ve owned an inversion table before but this is my first Teeter. It’s sturdy, comfortable and easy to use. It has helped my back so much already. The only knock I have is the foot release knob. It’s about 6 inches too short which makes it a little hard to release. Overall I’d highly recommend Teeters

A couple friends and I went to a resort in Canada to go fishing and one morning we went out on the lake which was rough. My friend decided to go to the other side of the lake against the waves. I was sitting in front of the boat bouncing up and down thinking this can't be good. By the time we got back I couldn't even stand straight. The host of the resort asked how we did and I told him about the boat ride and wished I had one of those machines I can turn upside-down on and he said, I have one of those downstairs and that I can use it. I got on it and did a turn each way and as soon as I got off I was just like new again. I was so happy with my experience that I decided to purchase one for myself. Thank you Teeter for saving my back!

We love our new Teeter!!!! Already getting so much relief every time we invert!!! This morning I was able to get a crack from my lower back that I usually can only receive from the Chiropractor!!! Every time I invert, I feel like I can stand up a little taller and looser. This machine is a god send for longevity of life!!!

Seems to be helping my husband so far, he seems to love it! His lower back is doing better!

I have been using it a couple of weeks now and I believe it is helping my back out. I am just getting used to it and experimenting with all the settings on it. It doesn't seem to help out my knees but I'm going to still working on that.

I love my teeter! I get on it for about 10 minutes several times a day. It feels wonderful.

Have only used it once and seems to be very smooth and easy to adjust.

I have used it for two weeks now and I can already feel a difference. The first time I went inverted on it, my back cracked three times and I felt relieved.

What started me with Teeter was in 2008 I herniated a disc. Got a Teeter EP-550 and got instant relief. It was very comfortable and easy to use. I got rid of it after getting married in 2013, and injured my back again in 2016. I have gone through a couple of cheap tables on facebook over the last few years, and recently my newest one broke and I couldn’t fix it. So I got the Teeter X1 from Dick’s Sporting Goods. Got it together and I love it…except for one thing and one thing only. The ankle pads aren’t nearly as comfortable as my EP-550 series pads. These feel like a stiffer foam than what they were back then. If I get the ankle supports too loose, the front pads are uncomfortable on the tops of my feet, but if I get them tight enough they don’t hurt my feet, they’re too tight around my ankles. Don’t get me wrong, this is not a bad review at all, and would give the table a 5+ rating if the ankle supports were more comfortable. I’m sure my bony chicken legs/ankles don’t help matters much either. :-) However, Thank you for Teeter for making such great products! I have some gravity boots (that I absolutely love), and just recently (last week), got a neck relax & restore duo. I have to use it laying on the floor though because (in my own personal opinion) isn’t comfortable using on my table. Mainly because I haven’t had time to find the right height adjustment and proper positioning for it.
