Teeter FitSpine X1 Inversion Table

This provided immediate short term back pain relief…although the issue turned out to be something much more serious. I’ll still be using this machine very regularly now that issue has been resolved.

This is a Cadillac! Have owned inversion table in 1990s but this Teeter is well made with solid construction and ease of use . I love it and thank you for the Teeter!

I purchased the Teeter on the recommendation of my brother. I was having hip and leg pain so my brother suggested getting a Teeter because it has helped him with his back problems. I have been using the Teeter and I have had relief from my hip pain.

The Bilt app is genius. It made assembly easy. No pieces were missing and everything was packed well. I am a 71 yo. woman and I assembled the imversion table without assistance. The frame was tight and a bit difficult to open, but with patience, I did it. The height/weight settings made no sense in my case. I'll readjust until it's correct for me. There are no instructions for installing the lumbar support. I can see how to do it, but the piece doesn't bend, so it's going to be difficult. There will need to be personal adjustments and I was hoping at least for some clues. I'll search in other models. The equioment is sturdy and well made.

It was easy to follow the steps

For most of my adult life I have lived with back pain due to arthritis in my back and to not have back surgery done. I got the FitSpine X1 and am very happy with it. I have added the handles, changed out the foot holders to make it easier to get in and out of. I've also added the small bars that extend up to help enhance my stretching. After using it I feel taller and relaxed. It does help you to decompress, relax, and remove the tension of the day. It is one of the best purchases I have made. You need to take it slow at first to get used to the blood flow going down to your head as you invert. My only regret is not going to the next level and getting all the upgrades I'm adding. It was a good investment for me and I feel it would be for anyone and their family. Try it, you won't regret it.

was told machine was made in USA, it is not. Assembly was pretty easy and appears to be well constructed. Teeter has several videos online, I found the one on assembly very helpful. Overall I am satisfied with this product.

I've had back pain for over 30 years. While researching inversion tables, I discovered the Teeter inversion table. There were many reviews, both good and bad, for different brands, but I decided to go with the Teeter. My son gifted me a FitSpin X1 in February 2023 for my 70th birthday, and it changed my life. Since then, my back pain has improved day by day. Now, after more than a year, I can walk over 3 miles, bicycle, go to the gym, and do all my household activities. It's unbelievable after living with back pain for so long. Thanks to the Teeter X1! Using the Teeter X1 for 1-2 times per day for over a year, I’ve gradually increased my recline to 90 degrees and my session time from 1 minute to 10 minutes. However, I've faced an issue with the ankle locking mechanism. From the beginning, I noticed that the ankle locks aren’t equally tight for both ankles. If I adjust it to fit my right ankle perfectly, it feels loose on my left ankle, and vice versa. This isn't a problem for shorter sessions of 2-3 minutes, but when I extend to more than 5 minutes, my right ankle starts to hurt. It feels like my right ankle is bearing my entire body weight (140 lbs). I think this might be a manufacturing issue. I wonder if you could help me find a solution to fix this problem with my FitSpin X1. I’m looking forward to your feedback. Thank you!

I am not thrilled with my inversion table. I find the lumbar bridge uncomfortable and I strain my back (the reason I got this item) lifting the bar to get my feet in and out.

The video instructions were very helpful with explaining how to assemble the handles. The written instructions seemed to be backwards. once assembled it has helped align my back and hips. I wish that I would have bought this sooner and I especially like the pressure points.

I just assemled it, BLT application helped for convenient and easy assembly understanding, so far its too early to comment on its usefullness but product looks good. May be later in good position to write it usefullness.

I’ve only assembled it! a bit early for review, so review is based on assembly and condition of table when unpacked. Assembly easy, condition good other than plastic insert for tube that the foot bar goes into. It was cracked and split.
