Teeter Fitspine LX9 Inversion Table

I have used an inversion table off and on for several years before getting the FitSpine LX9. I like the ankle attachment system on the LX9 better, as well as the handles and backboard. I'm still trying to hone in on the exact setting for inversion. All and all it is a great device and with the handles and extra attachments available that I ordered it does far more than my previous inversion table. However, it is much more expensive. I feel like the whole inversion table with all the extras I ordered after the fact should have been an available "package" for a better price. I'm not sure it's worth all the extra expense, but time will tell. The "Neck Restore" I ordered doesn't attach tight enough to the inversion table with the included velcro attachment, but the fact that it also works as a stand alone works for me. I just use it on the floor, and the fact that it rotates as I turn my head helps my muscles and vertebrae that was broken and fused together from a car wreck 28 yrs. ago. The other bundle of heated massage pad, spine cushion, and exercise mat that I ordered to go with it just should have been included in the initial purchase, I think, for the amount of $$ the table costs.

Very glad I purchased this product! This has been such a blessing! Why didn’t I invest sooner? No idea. I have less chiropractor visits because of this FitSpine.

Very relaxing and feelings sooooo good

The FitSpine LX9 Inversion Table is very sturdy and easy to use. I love all the features it has and the emails I receive on how to use it, or other products they make. I tried a couple other tables my siblings have but they were not as nice as this one.

I purchased my inversion table to address nerve pain traveling from my lower back into my right leg, making it painful to walk. After less than a week of using the table my pain disappeared. My new Teeter was key to getting me back on my feet and walking 4+ miles a day -- which I have been able to do consistently ever since.

This LX9 Inversion Table is great. I have only had it for a short time and I feel much better. My diagnosis is spinal stenosis. Before purchasing I asked my pain management surgeon and my physical therapist what they thought about inversion tables. They both replied that I could try it and see. I thought about it for a while and I'm glad I decided to buy it. I use mine at least once daily for 5 to 10 minutes and have noticed a big improvement. My wife (a nurse) says that my posture is improving as well.

I had hip pain and sciatica on one side. It was nagging enough to bother me sleeping and to keep me from running. I started using my teeter for 5 minutes in the morning and the evening every day. It took about 2 weeks but it has alleviated my pain. No more ibuprofen or acetaminophen necessary. It has been the best purchase I have made in a long time.
