Teeter Fitspine LX9 Inversion Table
$1,149.00
The Teeter FitSpine LX9 Inversion Table is a life-changing piece of exercise equipment that helps relieve back pain, muscle tension, muscle spasms and sciatica. This premium inversion table is supported with an 8-point suspension system that flexes as you move. The flexible design maximizes decompression, and the Micro-adjusting extended handle reduces the need to bend when you’re securing the ankles.

This Teeter inversion table decompresses the spine using gravity and your own body weight - relieving pressure. It’s easy to use, too - just recline, lock it in, and relax for a few minutes a day to see results.

The heavy-duty boarding platform adds safety and stability, making mounting and dismounting easier. The extra-long stretch max handles give you extra stretching and positioning options, and the traction handles make for deeper decompression oscillation and release from full inversion.

Relief

After using the LX 9 for about a month, I can say I am really feeling relief from my lower back pain. Using it twice a day for about five minutes. Pleased with the results.

Good but bad

Balance is off. It takes way to much effort to invert. comfort level is low and feels rigid. Does have a very sturdy construction and sleek design does not require much room to use.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Saved my lifestyle

I was diagnosed with a bulging disc and two more impinging areas in my back. I didn’t want injections or surgery (at least right now). Even though I was in excruciating pain from hips to toes. So I invested in the Teeter and for the very first use my pain level went down 60-80%. I’m now able to continue to work and not depressed or at a loss to what I’m going to do now.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Unbelievably Works for your Back Pain

I have had lower back pain for 15 years On and off. I happen to be talking to a person I know and he has had 2 back surgeries and still has pain. He said I had a friend who saw him hunched over and said try my inversion table and he did. Said when he left his friends house the pain had subsided and he bought a table on the way home. Fast forward to now when he saw me complaining of back pain told me get a table you will thank me later and said you don't need a Teeter buy something cheaper. Well I am a research type of guy and after comparing tables went with the Teeter LX9 and since my pain has been gone, yes no more pain. I decided on the Teeter because of the quality and said this will be a long term back deal for me. I use it once or twice a week for 10-15 minutes and it just works ! If you are having second thoughts about a inversion table BUY IT NOW and you will thank me...

Yes, I recommend this product.

I am very happy with my inversion table, a super purchase that works! It has helped alleviate lower lumbar pain as well as C6 pain in my neck. I totally recommend this tool for maintaining a healthy spine to include cervical issues.

Should have purchased years ago

I was seeing a Chiropractor and he said he had a Inversion Table. I asked if one would help me and he replied yes. I then asked him what brand he had. He replied I have a Teeter. I ordered mine that day. It came to my house quickly. The assembly was easy and fast. Instructions were great. I use it every day and it has really helped to relieve the pain in my lower back. Great product!

This is my second teeter hang-up. I bought this one for my upstairs room. I have my first teeter hang-up downstairs already. Been using teeter hang-up for over 7 years now. Works great. Fitspine LX9 Inversion have little extra features, but other than that the both works the same. Great products.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Fabulous solution and a lifesaver!

The Teeter is literally saving my life. I couldn't afford to see the chiropractor 3x a week to get my spine straightened out - due to stress and the pressure of sitting all day. I couldn't even bend over to lift the toilet seat lid without intense pain! There is definitely a learning curve but if you ease your way in and follow the instructions, you'll be on your way. A month in and I am realizing how many basic things were causing me pain and wearing me out on a daily basis - because the pain is now either greatly minimized, or simply isn't there any longer! Started out on 1-2 min 3x a day, now 2-4 minutes 1x a day, and beginning on strengthening exercises. HIGHLY recommend!

Yes, I recommend this product.

I am free!! Of stiffness and pain

WhennI stood up, I’d be stiff and would have to swing my legs back and forth to loosen them and walk a few moments before Zi could stand up straight. I started an inversion table while on a 2 week vacation, at the end of the vacation I was much more lumber and comfortable. As soon as I returned home, I ordered one! I use it twice a day, feel great and never stiff!!

Yes, I recommend this product.

My wife and I received immediate relief from back and neck pain! We use it for 2-3 mins everytime we feel pain. Before bed and in the morning during coffee. Both our doctors told us to keep using the Teeter with results like that!

5-Stars for the Spine but it can DESTROY ANKLES

It's always extremely frustrating to encounter a product like this: that not only does what it's supposed to do but also EXCELS... yet has one or more MAJOR shortcomings that render is useless (or almost useless). Such is the case with my Teeter inversion table. Starting with the positive: it is a true miracle on the back. As a former National Champion runner who stays in excellent shape, I jumped right in and by Day 2 or 3 was doing 30-60 minutes per day (broken in to 3-8 minute segments over the course of the day)... with AMAZING benefits, and seemingly without issues. However, after about a week or two, I had Ankle pain that I've never experienced before (and since I hadn't started anything else new), the cause was pretty obvious: the Teeter inversion table. (to confirm, I stopped using it for 2-3 weeks, my Ankles recovered and had no further issues), then I tried to use it again for JUST 1-3 MINUTES PER DAY; and BOOM! Within an hour, my Ankle pain was back, both Ankles, in the same spots. What's so frustrating is: IF there was just another 1-2 adjustments (OR if the Ankle padding were better designed) this could very easily be avoided. For example, if the horizontal bar supporting the BOTTOM Ankle pads had an adjustment to raise it just a few inches higher, it would be perfect. "Adjustability" of the Bottom Ankle pads is near useless because it "un-adjusts" as you go in to inversion. Best workaround to date I've come up with to avoid Ankle injury is to NOT follow the instructions (obviously you must be extremely careful in doing this); but basically DO NOT lower the TOP Ankle pads all the way. I wouldn't recommend going past 45 deg when doing this... and usually I hold the side bars as an extra precaution; but this is NOT ideal because I cannot get full relaxation of the back muscles nor do I feel comfortable going to my sweet spot (60 degrees inversion). Since I am getting some usability out of the machine, I've given it 2 stars. Otherwise, I'd be returning it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Hi Amy, thank you for taking the time to share your review. I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing ankle discomfort while inverting. Please note, that we do not recommend altering the ankle lock system or ankle cups in any way. However, I do have some tips that may help you be more comfortable while inverting. First, we always recommend that you wear socks and shoes while inverting. You will want to make sure that the ankle cups are close-fitting, but not so tight they restrict blood flow and try to relax your feet while inverted. One last tip I have is to check what setting your ankle comfort dial is on. If you have it set too high or too low this could impact your comfort level while inverting. We do have a helpful video that our CEO made with a little more detail on ankle comfort: https://youtu.be/RU8jL2zh4u4 We'd love the opportunity to speak with you to help ensure your settings are correct. You can reach us at 800-847-0143, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm PST.
