Teeter Fitspine LX9 Inversion Table

Device itself is really well made. You do need to take time positioning the head rest and the pressure point nodules. Using for cervical spine issue - regenerating a somewhat degenerative disc. Cleaning up my diet, exercising, and incorporating Teetering has been really helpful. Noticing I can extend the time between physical therapy visits. Don't need to go as much.

The unit was easy to assemble and I feel great after my daily twenty minute routines. My core looks great.

I’ll have to admit that my nephew convinced me to buy the Teeter, and I’m so glad he did!!! I had a cheaper inversion table and literally wore it out in a few years. The Teeter is such good quality, more comfortable to use, and easier to control. I’m having some issues with my shoulders and upper back. It feels so good to do my shoulder exercises while lying on the Teeter. I’ve even thought of taking a nap on it so my shoulders can open up. I’m very pleased with my Teeter!!

Your company obviously doesn't read these reviews as I wrote an extended opinion on this product and it's lack of quality control. Never got a response.

My C5 spine was not supported by the disc and I have been using the teeter for 3 years now. Wow!. I use it 2 to 3 times a day for 5 to 15 minutes. I feel great. Sciatica is gone and I have no more back pain. At times when I cough I feel my spine crack. Just like being in at a chiropractor. Love it. I tell all my friends about this. You will never regret purchasing at a great price. Saving money on chiropractors and medicine. Easy to use and for other family members. Safe to use and easy to fold when your done using it.

I was having severe back problems from a herniated disc on L3 L4 L5. The Teeter help relieve some of the pressure until I had surgery. I’m out five weeks on surgery. Things are good and I’m just now starting to get back on the table. I have no complaints. It really was a lifesaver until surgery. And I’m sure I will continue To benefit from using it. By the way, it was recommended by my neurosurgeon!!!

I had a lot of lower back pain and since I've been using it I see very little pain now. Seen the results in about 2 and 1/2 Weeks I use it every morning.

Constant pain resulting from constant tension and apprehension. Greatly relieved by the Teeter inversion table combined with the heated pad which includes 6 massaging motors and meditation. I originally got my teeter because of issues with my sciatic nerve and lower back in general. Along with other therapies, I believe the teether definitely helped improve my lower back issues, bye, relieving pressure and helping Expand Anding space between my vertebrae. Great product

I have had back pain virtually every day of my life for 35 years. Surgery for a ruptured disc in 1998. I have used the table twice daily for 1-2 minutes and already see improvement after only 1 month.

The FitSpine is an item that I wish I had purchased 10 years ago. I have used mine each day for approximately one month. I feel better than I have in years and will continue to use it for the rest of my life. My back feels better than it did when I was 30 years old.

I am 70 and was having frequent bouts of back pain after standing for a long time, working in my yard, or other activities that required me to lean over frequently. I began to feel immediate results when I started using the LX9 Inversion table. The attachment to support the curvature of my spine felt wonderful as I began the inversion. I now use it several times a day and stay almost vertical for about 3-5 minutes at a time. This has done wonders to relieve my back pain and I can do activities pain free for longer and longer periods of time.

I had great hope for this machine when I ordered it. I would receive traction treatments from my doctor and always felt relief after the treatment so I assumed the Teeter Inversion table would provide the same relief. I tried it out several times according to the specified recommendations included in the owners manual/documentation. What I never saw as a caution on the website nor in any documentation that I received before or after purchase was the way the inversion table attaches your body to the machine - attaching to your ankles caused me TERRIBLE pain in my left knee. I was crippled for two days after each time I attempted the inversion. Since I cannot return the machine I will just be taking it for a trip to the dump. You would think the company would warn potential buyers that it could hurt your knee joints. I'm warning you now, beware!

Since I have been using the Teeter LX9 I have been feeling better. No longer stiff in my neck and back.

Not what I was expecting...hoping for back pain relieve. How do I get a refund?

I always had back pain when getting up from a sitting position and after bowling. Also when getting out of bed in the morning. It’s been difficult finding the time, lately, to use the table as much as I should. Even in the short time I’ve had to use the table, I notice an improvement. In the morning I don’t have pain getting out of bed anymore. Also less during the day. I’m looking forward to using the table more often so I hopefully can be virtually pain free. The table is very easy to use and I find it very peaceful while using.

I was having problems with my back due to an L4/L5 injury that was starting to get a little worse and figured I would go an inversion table. This thing has helped out incredibly. The pain is still there, but hopping on this thing for 5 minutes every so often helps decompress things and alleviates the pain.

love it. taking it slow and keeping with teeter recommended guidelines. can't wait to do more! the handles didn't exactly line up to the holes (one side) and there's a click when inverting is the reason for only 4 stars.

This has been amazing in relieving a recurring pinched nerve due to cervical instability. I need to do the full inversion to accomplish that but I'm finding the ankle cuffs sub-par. First, it seems there aren't enough ratchet stops. It's either too loose on one stop and cutting off circulation on the next one. Finer gradations on the ratchet mechanism would be great. Second, the cuffs are uneven, making one always a bit tighter than the other. Other than that I truly love it and have shed tears of joy for the relief it's given me. It has allowed me to buy back literal days of my life every time I un-pinch that nerve.

I was having hip and major back pain, and pains shooting down my right leg and leg numbness. After 2 trips to the ER, months apart, I had an MRI, I was diagnosed with Degenerating lower back disk, also showed a cyst, and arthritis. I decided to give the inversion chair a try, after reading somewhere it really helped this guy. I guess after you lose some cushioning in your disk it starts to compress, and puts pressure points on nerves. The first time I used the chair, boy could i feel it doing something,like stretching my back back out, it really hurt when i got off, then the pain went away, and after awhile i really felt like i helped my back, continued doing it the next morning and evening, still hurting for awhile afterwards . Prior to having the Teeter chair , I was having to take Aleve or aspirin or Motrin daily for the pain, since getting the chair i have dropped the meds for pain, except every once in awhile, a few times in a couple of months, since I have a very physical job, lifting 30lb boxes all day. I do it 2 times a day morning and evening, for just a couple of minutes to keep my spine from compacting, it has done wonders for me and my back, i could not recommend this enough, for what it has done for me.

Everything I thought it would be...it is, which is fantastic! Absolutely durable with no sign of stress with the one word being smooth, in terms of operation! Wonderful investment in my back health and wouldn't hesitate to do it again!!

I love my inversion table. It changes my whole life. I am nearly pain free now. My only wish would be to have an easier way to bring myself upright again. If my husband isn’t home to help me, I can’t use it

Get one and body feel good

This has caused me nothing but additional pain. How do I return it??

My wife has had to go to a chiropractor for years but since using the Teeter, she has reduced her visits by 1/2 plus she feels so much better each day. It was worth the expense, let me tell you.

Easy to adjust, with plenty of range for different height folks. Grip on ankles is comfortable and confident. Motion is silky smooth and without any hint of resistance. Plenty of grab/pull locations. Back board is comfy and has plenty of attachment points/slots for add-ons and accessories. Without being a HEAVY piece of equipment, it feels very solid and inspires confidence when in use. I am by no means an advanced inversion table user, but I cannot find any fault with this inversion table - it's (as far as I can tell) perfect!
