Great speedball and swivel

This speedball is great and to top it of the picture shows a plastic swivel but it actually had a steel swivel which made my day so thanks so much for that.

Great work out when two people work out same time

Very happy with the Speed ball kit. The other members of my team really enjoy working out on the new equipment. I like that it comes with another changable swivel.
