Speedo hand swimming paddles

Very comfortable fit for my hands. I’ve been swimming since I was a young boy and I’m now in my 60’s, still swimming squad, up to 3k’s a session. My previous paddles were ok but as soon as I started using these Speedo paddles they felt very comfortable, an extension of my hands with added power. After just one session with these I noticed impact on shoulders, but greater power and requires emphasis on correct stroke. I’m happy with these and will keep using them. Maximum of just one-third usage in a session.

No good for your stroke

These paddles are the wrong size. The correct size for a tech paddle to get maximum technical benefit is for it to be the same size (or just larger than) you hand. These paddles are far too large. AS a result they don't deliver any technical benefit to help you improve your stroke.

These will do the job

Good paddles what more do you need? These were the only available ones online so I bought them. They're good. Probably feel a little more moulded into hand than other paddles. Straps are just as tricky to get on as any paddles. Moulded plastic feels of good quality. No colour choice if you're trying to match your Funky Trunks.

Updates Model, not sure!!

I bought this as a spare as already have older version. New model does not fit as securely swimming as I would like. Maybe it is an adjustment, but not sure why they changed it!!
