great way to train or cross train in water

initially bought as fractured my ankle and couldn't weight bear and normally run. it is wonderful for running and exercising in water without stressing joints. will always continue to use this aqua belt even when fully back to running as I think it is wonderful way to exercise and help prevent injuries. love it. opened up a new world of exercise.

one of the floaties has split from the belt after 30 mins obviously the seal isn't sufficient I wouldnt waste my money
