They are really comfortable to wear, the design is great around the eye area so it’s not rubbing against your eyes and it can be adjusted to fit any head size, very happy with them

Not for side sleepers or people with small heads

Bought this to help listen to music or audio books to sleep. The mask is huge, the velco doesn't adjust small enough and gets uncomfortable. The sound quality is good, but default setting seems to be max, so when turning on the volume is very loud. The mask is ok if sitting or lying on back, it becomes very painful and uncomfortable if you are a side sleeper, especially if you sleep on right side because the control panel is lumpy. Worst thing about it is that if you do manage to sleep with it on and have music or audio book on a sleep timer to turn off the mask then yells "disconnected"! at max volume. I do not recommend and would like to return it.

NOT for side sleepers

The mask is comfortable and works well. Best bit is the earphones can be moved around inside of the mask, which is great for side/stomach sleepers. However there is a flaw if you sleep this way as the on/off charging unit is located just below the right eye so you can not sleep in one side without it pushing into your cheek bone or eye socket. If you are a back only sleeper go for it, otherwise avoid this unit. They should have put the charger in the upper centre would gave give more versatility to side sleepers. Also you need a decent sized head for it to fit properly. So not for smaller heads.

Sleepwell Bluetooth Eyemask

Ok, I was so excited to get these as they had good reviews and looked so comfy. They fit well around head and are adjustable, however they become very uncomfortable after about 10-15 mins. The moulded shape fits well when sitting up but when lying down, pressure points are created and become so uncomfortable. The flashing blue light (Bluetooth pairing light) is a major annoyance to my partner as it flashes continuously. They need to design a Velcro cover to block this light once you use it to pair to your phone. The speakers size and shape are fantastic - much more comfortable than the last type I used (before my dog ate them!). All up I wish I had bought the head band ones for me. I bought them for a friend and they are the best, I bought these to see if they would be as comfy as they looked - sadly not.

So disappointed in these! I thought the eye mask would be soft and comfortable but instead it doesn’t fit and feel bulky on my face. The Velcro at the back isn’t long enough so it’s hard to adjust the mask to my face size nd I don’t like wheee the speakers are they don’t aline well

Works as intended though it can be uncomfortable and doesn’t quite fit my face shape and can hurt the bridge of my nose some times while also leaving a gap that lets light in. The battery life is good though while sleeping there is an audio message when battery is low which has woken me up multiple times. The mask is a good concept but poorly executed with design flaws.

Beware: it shouts at you when battery low

It was ok at first but it is huge, the velcro isn't comfy, it does get very hot but the worst part is that over time the charge life has decreased so if I go to bed at 10pm, it won't make it past 5am even on full charge... so it literally shouts LOW BATTERY RECHARGE over and over until you turn it off! WHO DESIGNED THIS? It is a SLEEP MASK! It would be ok if it just turned itself off. But no, it screams at you.

Old charge technology let's product down.

The first one I had for about 2 months, but it got to the point where it would keep disconnected right after it connected, and the old charge technology that had individual pins that bend easily. Went back to rebel to.get a free replacement. I've just stop using the second one after 2-3 months due to the pins in the charge port again.

Do Not Buy This

I bought two of these in January one lasted 1 month the other just died. We are from Canada and bought them when we were visiting Sydney so we can't return them either. Very poor quality stay away from this brand

Very comfortable and decent battery life. I had one dud set that had to be replaced because the battery failed. Rebel was great about the return though and the replacement has been working well.

Good mask bad sound

The mask is good at blocking light but the sound quality is poor. The bluetooth connection struggles everytime to reconnect when I use it. Wouldn't reccomend.

Great as a sleep mask

Great as a sleep mask - it effectively blocks out all light and the velcro straps are studier than most sleep masks and do an excellent job of staying attached. The Bluetooth system isn't so good. Unlike other Bluetooth headphones, you have to hold down buttons to adjust voiume and pressince once skips or goes back a track. This terrible UI choice causes volume change to usually result in a skipped track.
