Great mouth guard, took a couple of moulds to get it to sit and fit right but is great and my son finds comfy and perfect for sparring in Muay Thai! So lots of contact and the perfect protection! And the case is really good as well!

Get one from a dentist.

Followed the instructions for heating/moulding the mouth guard, every few minutes have to take it out to pour out the saliva that’s built up, sits lopsided despite my mouth not being lopsided. Didn’t mould well at all.
