This has definitely helped my ankle which has chronic instability. I have to wear a thin sock under it so that the Velcro that goes under the foot doesn’t dig in and it is quite difficult to get off your foot especially if any swelling occurs but other than that it’s great.

Ankle support for basketball

Great brace for support but not restrictive on your movement. Chosen for high grade basketball player coming back on the court from torn ligament. Highly recommend.

the Velcro elastic straps make it easy to use

The stitching is of very poor quality, I’ve hand sewn some areas & then machine sewn the back elastic onto the brace. It has threads fraying all over. For $48 you’d expect it to last more then 2 weeks before needing to be repaired or replaced. It has been good for my daughter that is recovering from a ligament strain. It is often uncomfortable across the top of the foot- some flexibility in this area would help or longer Velcro straps.

Great product

I purchased this a week ago to support a painful, unstable ankle that I’ve struggled with for years. Within just a few days, it noticeably reduced the pain and swelling, making it much easier for me to walk and move around. I’m seriously considering getting a second one—it’s made a real difference.
