Made from medical grade silicone, the set includes 8 RockPod cups, 4 smaller sized RockPods cups and 4 larger sized cups to treat different target areas. The cupping system increases blood flow to treat pain and increase muscle mobility in target areas. The built in handle on each RockPods utilise air suction without the need for a vacuum device, easily gliding across moving tissue without the need to remove the cup itself. There are two levels of suction, plunging and inversion to provide custom treatment based on your needs. The RockPods set also include EVA case and detailed quick start guide allowing you to become a cupping master and recover smarter.

Best thing for sore or injured muscles

Very helpful for sore muscles. The trick is don't leave them in one spot very long, this will stop the bruising. Great little pack, even comes in a nice little case. They definitely work very well.
