I put in a click and collect order on Black Friday. I heard back on Tuesday that they no longer had the item in stock after the sales, they offered to have the item sent from elsewhere and I agreed. To my surprise it was then delivered direct to my door. While it did take about a week longer than I had originally anticipated the staff member I spoke to via email was lovely, prompt and helpful. Overall my experience was great and they made an unexpected effort to compensate for any inconvenience.
