Great inner soles :)

I think these inner soles are great, they feel incredibly supportive and comfortable once your feet get used to them ( I have flat feet and haven't had arch support). The only downfall I see is needing to cut the inner soles to fit your shoe. I got it slightly off which means that my toes can feel the edge and it's slightly irritating.

My Osteopath recommended these as I was suffering from plantar fasciitis. Literally saved my feet. They are fantastic and not too thick in your either. Comfy and supportive.
