Used once for running. The pocket doesn't fit a standard phone, mine is a pixel 6. The band Is elastic and woth rinning it just bounces up and down without any support. Might be good it you want to walk.

I wear it while paddling on the river. Comfortable and snug in the small of my back with an adjustable strap. A good amount of room in the pouch - it can take my phone and keys and a couple of muesli bars. Comes with a bottle but has a loop so you can use your own bottle. Be good for biking and rowing or bushwalking but a full bottle does create a bit of drag at the back if you are doing vigorous non-seated exercise.

I bought this product to use when I go for short hikes. I especially like the elastic waits belt. I have a small waist and other similar products do not adjust small enough for me. This one is great. Also the elastic loop at top of bottle to stop it from bouncing out

I like it a lot. My Iphone 6plus fit in the pocket without its case. Fit very well on my hips. The straps are elastics, so its a little bouncy when running, but I kind of forget about it. The bottle has a tendency to leak though. I'm happy with it
