Good shoe but not for as fast as it boasts.

Good carbon companion for tempo/threshold training but not a fast paced race shoe. Heel stablizer scratches achilles (not for long runs), decoupled foam needs getting used to, and shoe heavier than typical race shoes. Good energy return with great cushioning, make this an excellent training shoe for rotation. However there are still better options (even for Puma) at a lower price point.
