The best addition to my home gym!

The stability disc is small and perfect for single leg exercises as is or I balance a wooden board on top for pushups or squats. It's the best addition to my home gym to create an extra level of difficulty to my workout. Easy to set up and small enough to store away.

I feel deflated

Can only presume that all the positive reviews don;t attempt to inflate the disc. This is the second one I've tried and it is impossible to get air into it without breaking the pump or the disc. PTP need to redesign this.

Get your Balance on!

Great for Vestibular/Balance rehab. A Stability Disc was recommended by my Physiotherapist as the next challenge in my rehab program. It was definitely a step up for improvement in my balance and also really works out muscle groups during basic squats, leg raises etc whilst balancing! Really impressed. PTP seemed to be a better quality disc after looking at a few before purchasing my one from Rebel.

Extremely difficult to inflate. Returned it to the shop, the guy there couldn't inflate it either, so got our money back - very easy.

White marks on disc
