Very solid ball

Well made with good materials - durable and clean. As supplied it was much too hard (that is, fully inflated) and had no give in it. I'm used to a regular Franklin ball, which you can apply a lot of weight to, but with this one the spikes mean you can barely apply any weight without pain. I've yet to try taking some air out - there appears to be a valve hole.

I bought this product to use when I travel and can't take a foam roller with me. It is great for all the knots and tight spots. It is quite firm so it requires some getting used to but overall I would recommend it.
