Very Versatile... But Not For BodyBuilding

My experience thus far with the PTP system has been good, however, given my previous experience in Bodybuilding, the resistance portion of the system, even when performing elongated isometrics, fails to provide enough resistance. Great for at home workouts during covid, but not enough for those whom are into competitive lifting. P.S. good for accessory based work, and strength and conditioning plyo's.

Easy to use

This is a great kit to get started with home workouts. Easy to use but adds additional resistance to my home workouts. Love that I can add and subtract bands to increase or decrease the resistance. Great product. Although, did smell very bad when it first arrived. Needed to be aired out - I think this is just the smell of the rubber being contained in the box for so long. No issues after 1 month of ownership.

Whilst the kit is of good quality i thought there would be complete workouts available to follow. The workouts on YouTube, whilst there are heaps, are 1-2 mins long

They are ok. Some exercises are awkward, kit doesn’t include outdoor attachment, workout chart exercises are not correct for some muscle groups, you need enough space to use properly indoors. Some exercises are good. But not that many for me.

Worth a try

I bought cheap resistance bands before but not this ones and Im hesitant to get them due to bad experiences w previous ones. I would say these brand hits the mark. Been going to the gym but these are better - more controlled than weights and I'm working out in my bedroom :)

Has been a really good way to work out at home following bicep surgery. Lots of exercise options and able to obtain a variety of resistance by combining the bands. I find chest exercises quite awkward without something bracing my back.
