Not ideal for renters.

Though this product seems to be good quality and fit for purpose. It requires you to drill holes in the door frame to install it. I am renting and therefore am not feeling too comfortable to install and use it at the detriment of my security bond.

The diameter of the handle bars are too large for most people and the handle bars twist (doesn’t lock) when doing pull ups. I would have expected this item to be better engineered considering the pricing.

I bought this a month ago and it turned out to be better than expected. I was hesitant when screwing it to the wall but very happy with the result.the bar is very good for its price but the one improvement i would have it how the bar grips spin a bit so I'm having to tigthen it a lot other wise a great product and buy.

We were looking for a chin up bar for our 14 yr old, we were not too sure which device would work for our situation. Instore we were approached by a Rebel sport team member and he was able to quickly advise us towards the device to suit our needs. Roy G was so helpful and put a sticker on the side of our box so we could contact him if we had any aftersales assistance or help. Our son and our whole family have enjoyed using this chin up bar, it is hardly noticable in the doorway to his teenage retreat. Very happy with the quality and the advice we received.

Happy for the price, it feels solid and secure.The Bar grip spacing would be my only gripe because i have a larger span. This probably won't be an issue for the average sized person

Managed to install it without drilling any holes. Just make sure you screw it tight and use a strong door frame! I’m 82kg and it works great

Love! Feels so sturdy and well made. Not worried about it breaking under my weight. The one little thing I would change is the fact that the bar rotates under hand a tiny bit (depending on your grip and which side of the bar you're on) but it's not a big issue as you can just switch sides so that you're essentially "tightening" the bar as you pull up.
