It’s great to use between gym visits and will last much longer than the flimsy rubber bands that stretch and don’t challenge us after only a couple of weeks to point they are useless. Invest in one of these now you will not regret it.

Same band as I use in my gym, so already knew what is was getting. Great quality product, but regretting not getting the 3-pack of different strengths. Good for most things, but the medium would probably be useful for some exercises.
