Resistance Bands

I bought these resistance bands for online training I do with iFit. In all honesty I was a bit skeptical about how these bands work, but they work, boy do they work. The band quality is great, resistance is as described and there is no fear of these bands snapping and taking an eye out. I would recommend these for both beginners and expert trainers alike

Absolutely fantastic, recently I bulged 3 discs in my lower back, I was recommended to buy the band and use it once my bulges started to heal to strengthen my body.
