Essential piece of kit for anyone considering the PTP tubes; you'll get a lot of versatility using this. It can be anchored at various heights depending on what you have available - I have a storage bed frame that lifts up and this works perfectly in that (it works fine high or low in a door also, but I don't have the set up for that). It doesn't cause any damage or friction marks, and seems well made and durable.

This is a great product that enables me to work with my resistance bands during this lock down while gyms are closed. It is maneuverable around the door frame enabling a greater range of exercises to be conducted. Over all a great purchase and well worth the price.

Power anchor for home or while traveling

This forms a fantastic indoor anchor across top or side of door frame providing a huge range of possible exercises. The anchor is strong and gives a sense of confidence when performing exercises. Proved very useful while travelling to maintain an exercise routine whilst away from the gym. Also proved great at home for those times when the gym wasn’t available. Works well with the clip on bands which allow a huge range of resistance for weaker to stronger body parts. Have been very happy with the anchor versatility.

Not as useful as the PTP outdoor anchor - you have to have a sturdy door and door frame or not be worried about the state of your door to use. In those/this case however, it does make a range of exercises that are not possible without gym or other sporting equipment, possible and easy to do at home.

The indoor door anchors bring the variety of exercises you can do with resistance bands to a new level. These ones are extremely durable but do tend to wear out your bands if don’t put some extra padding inside.
