they are very good allowing you to use top an bottom of the door with eas significantly better then other door anchor as you can add levels of difficulty with eas without your exercise being hinnderd

Flexibility when used with powertubes.

Combine with powertubes to have the perfect tidy set up for a home workout. Dont need hardly any space to get a full workout. The door anchor allows you to hit so many different angles and height and different muscles or to work around injuries.. one of best exercise purchases ive ever made and i didnt know they existed until i went to rebel

Versatile and easy to use

The door anchor is a versatile and simple piece of equipment. It fits between any closable door and lets you work with resistance bands in a number of ways; from above, below or from the side. I purchased it for shoulder physio, and it has allowed me to do physio exercises at home. The ptp video (on youtube) showing the various ways the door anchor can be used was helpful. The anchor itself is sturdy and seems to be good quality.
