Good for hand workout.

Great little device for improving hand muscle strength - however it it not fantastic if you have got big hands.. I found it a little too small to work the entire hand so I had to turn it upside down. But, the adjustable compression is a great idea.

Spring broke after four months

I bought the strength grip in June and the spring has just broken on me four months later. Until then, I really liked the product, but concur with many of the reviews that the rubber grip wears out quite quickly.

Very good product

Been using know from 3 weeks. Very satisfied with this product. Well worth the money. It works on hand, forearm, elbow, as well as triceps to some extent. Been using during down time at work, while watching telly. Anytime I have free hand, I am using PTP hand strength grip.

This product is really good to build muscle mass to the triceps, forearm, hand and improve cardiovascular health, it's really efficient and hard work but worth every rep, it's got adjustable weight on it too, very great product, is definitely a must if You'd want to improve and focus on those reasons.

The product was not suited for my hands. After a couple of days of usage the rubber handles started to disintegrate. They were cheap so I did not bother returning them. I would not recommend this product.

A well built piece of equipment. It is easy to use. The turn knob doesn't give any indication of the resistance level (only 10kg minimum or 40kg maximum). Larger hands may find this difficult to spread the load across all 4 fingers.
