40kg forearm workout

Really good for giving the forearms a good workout. Rubber grip does wear rather quick under 40 kg of pressure. Definitely not a deal breaker.

This trainer is perfect no mater how big or small someone is this has it all, 10-40kg resistance and comfort in the hand while you rep out on this little device. It is really easy to use and definitely packs all the needed resistance needed. I know people who are big who I let use this and they loved it as it definitely used their forearm energy while my little brother could use it as well. Strongly recommend this product to anyone wanting to improve grip strength.

Good product, put tape around the finger grip

My only suggestion is to wrap the outside grip in electrical tape since your fingers will move across it as you close your hand and rubbing skin on rubber is not a great time.

I bought mine on Saturday and the spring broke at the curve area a few days later. I have it set on 40kg and perform many sets. I had it replaced so will see how the 2nd set go. I wrap a thin cloth around the handle as it can be uncomfortable.

Great product. I bought this for my 10 year old son. The adjustable weight is great for him to start with, then he can progress as he gets stronger. It adjusts up to 40kg so the rest of the family can also use them.

Not bad, but not good either.

On my 5th set of grippers, I grip all day long, but they break at about 5-6 week mark from the spring. Same spot everytime. Im just going to buy different grips next time they break, GD iron grips look promising. Yes these grips are adjustable and make good for a cheap set but they fail when it comes to durability, which is no suprise for a 25 dollar grip.

This is great... for a while. I bought two of these (one was from Rebel) and they both broke after a few months of using 3x per day. There are other styles of grippers that won't break like this one.

Potentially a very good item but the hand grips are too hard, hurting your fingers as they slide when you squeeze. It can be very noisy, the spring sometimes squeaks and there is no scale to know what tension setting you have it on.
