Top quality as you'd expect from ptp. I was worried the pads wouldnt slide so great on the outdoor tiles where ive been training - but even on a slightly rough surface they have been great.

Really good device to have! great to change up your workout a little bit, love the multiple uses for core exercises. Gives that bit of extra intensity when working out at home. Easy to use, nice and compact to store/take with you. Good on carpet and tiles.

Perfect sliders because they work for hardwood floors and for carpet. They’re also much larger than normal ones I’ve used so perfect for if you are going to do exercises with your hands on the sliders as well !

Great add on to your home workout routine. Works on any floor surfaces. Perfect shape, smooth plastic side and great uneven cushion fabric on the other side! Works the core and also can incorporate some leg exercises.

Bought these to help with balance exercises leading up to bi lateral knee surgery & they have been brilliant. Really did help me improve my balance. Sadly the knee surgery has been postponed but in the meantime, I am getting stronger! And I can use these for other exercises - great on the carpet at home.
