Great variety in resistance for the beginner however if looking for something stronger for a more advanced workout you may need to purchase extra bands with higher resistance.

Fantastic product but also hugely disappointed

I bought 3 awesome loop bands after doing a fair bit of research and was promised that you guys had heaps of exercise programs and even the pamphlet in the package said there was 800 videos online… What a huge disappointment this was when I found out that it was 1 min videos…. And no full length videos… and no app/program… So when is the app coming?!?! Saying all of this bad press I have to admit I am really enjoying my three bands S/M/L a really good set for someone my fitness level(fairly fit)… But again… where’s the programs and apps?
