These Ankle Straps are good quality for money. The band is a decent width to avoid biting and discomfort and gently padded to assist with pressure. Only issue is cosmetic- they’re identical instead of mirrored - fatigue brain takes a few minutes to remember it doesn’t matter what side

PTP made an interesting decision naming these ankle straps, and insinuating they're only really suitable for use with their resistance band system. They're actually very versatile, can be used to train shoulders and chest with cable machines. The neoprene is comfortable but if you're lifting heavy, can feel like it flexes a little too much, and can feel a little like they're slipping.They're a good alternative to typical braided cotton D-ring and O-ring cuffs,
