This review relates only to the assembly and apparent quality of this treadmill as we haven’t been able to complete the construction as yet. What a disappointment, all the components including the plastic trims, fasteners, metal finish etc are of extremely poor quality, it reminds me of trying to assemble a cheap garden chair purchased on eBay, the holes don’t line up, the threads strip, the plastic trims don’t line up and the instructions (particularly about the console attachment) are infuriating. I’ve walked away from it after 2 hours of swearing and will have another go at some stage and if I ever get it going I will leave a follow up review but at the moment I wish I had not bought this treadmill.

Not an impressive treadmill, no pause option. Can’t pause your progress. Some plastic parts feel cheap. Defs wont pay more than $1.3k for this :)

Ill fitting but sturdy

Store example was excellent, the one we received was ill fitting with incorrect parts supplied in the box unfortunately amd wires too short to connect. Feels stirdy once built and runs quiet.

Great treadmill once set up - but the set-up was a pain. It's also not a small treadmill if you're looking for it to easily slide in somewhere. One point to note is that the advertised fitness app is a subscription service, it's not free after the first 30 days. Generally, I'm happy but not convinced about advertising an app with purchase if I have to pay each month to use it, I just paid for the treadmill!

Good and sturdy treadmill!! Like it!

The treadmill is amazing! Sturdy and good quality. Just if that can equip with the heart beat sensor bar would be perfect. Just a bit drama in delivery as the driver gone no show and unable to contact on the day. The customer needs to follow up and chase for the delivery everyday the next week to finally got confirmation and delivery one week later. Once organized, everything is nicely done. The tips is just need to keep chasing if you want the delivery get done.

Disappointed with treadmill

I am so disappointed. I purchased this in treadmill in November but it was missing lugs to hold it up. It was replaced a couple of weeks ago but the new treadmill won’t work. It turns on but the belt won’t go. I would not recommend this treadmill.

Very large and difficult to put together. Very basic features and no pause button. I bought it on sale to replace a more expensive treadmill I had just so that I could continue to use iFIT. I wouldn’t pay full price. Interesting to see how long it lasts.

I bought this treadmill on a good discount so am happy with the value. I'm 167cm and find the belt length to be enough for running, the width is adequate. It isn't too noisy and the AUX / fan are handy functions. I do not like the static shocks I get when I touch the handles and touch panels - I know this can occur with treadmills but it never happened with my previous (both on concrete flooring). I also would have liked slightly higher incline - it's a bit vague to describe inclines with percentages instead of degrees and so I didn't realise how small the max incline would be until I tried.

DONT BUY PROFORM 5.5

The proform 5.5 that I purchased is a total lemon.I had to have a technician within a couple of days and 2 weeks later the machine does not work at all It just makes a whirring sound from the motor and nothing moves.It needs to go to the tip but thats throwing away over 1000 $ I spent on this worthless piece of dangerous garbage.

Cheaper than a gym but not worth it in the end

I bought this product nearly 3 years ago. It was used in waves from 0km some months to 20 or 40km max on other months. Unfortunately, it has simply stopped working today. Not worth the money I would say when I expected a product that would last 5-10 years (according to online information) I contacted the company and unfortunately been told my treadmill is out of warranty (purchased March 2022)

Instructions are OK, but one wire was too short

The assembly instructions seem difficult but, I took my time and found it easier than it seemed. However, the wire from the bottom to the top was 1cm short, which was an issue.

Awesome treadmill, runs very smooth and easy to use. It was very time consuming putting it together it took my partner and I just over 4 hours I use it every morning and enjoy having the app to help me get motivated although you need to have a subscription they have heaps and heaps to pick from on trainers to help you exercise. Overall I love my purchase

It keeps stopping abruptly while I’m walking, now I can’t even get to 5minutes without it stopping and practically tripping me up and won’t run again for more than a minute after it’s down that. It started stopping a couple of weeks ago at about 45 min mark and gradually the time has reduced.

Great treadmill. The mat seems to be longer than any treadmills I’ve used before which is wonderful. Was a struggle to assemble though. Took 3 hours and the screws for the hand rails didn’t line up properly which was a pain. Not 100% with having to subscribe to iFIT if I want programs though. Some preset or included programs would have been nice.
