Good purchase

This is the second Profrom exercise equipment we have purchased. Both work exactly as we hoped. The 325CSCS PF21 bike is comfortable to use and provides a good series of settings for exercise at most levels. Construction is a bit complicated but the instructions are more than adequate to get it done. Expect to take about 1 hour putting it together.

Great bike for the price

I have only had it 3 weeks, but overall I am very pleased with it. Some might find the assembly a little challenging though because the supplied Allen keys have been painted to the ends making insertion difficult. I suggest sanding the paint from the ends prior to assembly. Also the positioning of some of the screws make it a bit more difficult to access them. On the plus side, the seat is very comfortable and the wheel runs quietly and smoothly and the frame is sturdy, however, when wearing track shoes the pedal straps are too short even when extended to the maximum. The display is rather limited, but for the price, that's to be expected. I have used it almost daily and find it great. It's certainly safer than riding on the roads. I would recommend it to family and friends.

A great bike for those with back and other issues.

The bike was straight forward to assemble but it took a little time. The instructions were very good and detailed. It's easy to set the seat to the correct position for each user. The only area of concern is the instructions for using the console. Some buttons are not even mentioned so we are still figuring out what they do. It needs a better manual.

Some assembly required.

You'll need a friend to help you get this together. Parts of it are heavy and awkward you will need four hands holding bits. Once together you will then discover than the transformed plug doesn't fit australian power points (but the guys at rebel quickly found me one that fitted from the display model). After you've spent at least two hours (half an hour of that will be figuring out the right direction for the seat adjuster handle) putting it all together, you'll have yourself a great workout machine. The ergonomics are a little off, but if you don't need those handle bars in front of you then you'll be fine. This could also be because I have the body of a Hobbit but the legs of Gandalf. Doesn't seem to come with instructions for the control panel, so you will be just pressing buttons until you work that out, and the code thing you scan for warrantee to the company doesn't work for australians either so that's fun. But hey I'm a month in and still using it just fine, so that's a win.

When the exercise bike was delivered and installed it was not working. Took two weeks to have someone check the bike. Took him 1.25 hrs to get the bike operational.

Terrible product The seat does not hold in place at all , it’s not a installation error either the unit is faulty and the best my local rebel sport could do was organise a technical person to come out in 10 business and access the product,the machine is unusable I’m sure there are ok examples of this product out there but this is less then a 1 star

Should have got one sooner

Love it! It’s a great option for older folk with less stress on your hips and knees as you cycle. Feels comfortable but don’t be fooled, you still get a good sweaty workout, especially if you follow a recumbent bike workout on YouTube or use the iFIT app with its many options of bike workouts available.

This bike is perfect for someone who can only sit for most exercise.. My husband has severe breathing difficulties on walking,but can sit on the bike and pedal for as long as he wishes. Easy to mount,as it is walk through.Easily managed controls.

I really like this recumbent bike, it's comfortable to use and just me doing 20 mins a day on it is making a big difference to my overall health. I can feel the difference in a month already.

The bike does it job alright as a very basic bike. However the bluetooth connected ifit is an paid app service. which means the bike does not have any build in fitness program. There is Bluetooth connection available, however, the audio can only be connected by Aux audio connection port with cable. it feels tacky. Even the adjustment can be made on the bike seat, it will be very difficult for a shorter person to reach the padel at the shortest setting. There is build in fan, very noisy, it does not work well. when the machine is cost more than $920 after discount. very disappointed. Do not recommend unless you need a specific seat like this machine for older people.

Bike seems ok but intallers damaged everything

While the bike itself seems fine, the installation was done by some other company rebel contracts out to, they had absolutely no idea what they were doing, spent over 2 hours trying to install it, damaged the screws stripped them bare. They absolutely destroyed our carpet in that room, pulled threads all over it. Had a mess in every inch of the room. Have had no contact from them and no resolutions.

Great machine but with a poor seat lock

Great machine, the seat adjustment lock is very hard to use, while sitting on it. The tension on the locking handle, required to lock it and the noise it makes, worries me that it wont last.

Received in a timely manner. Easy to put together - took a couple of hours. Then 4-5 uses and it started smelling like burnt electricals. Will be returning to the store after speaking to someone and will get refund.

the bike will not work. parts are damaged inside so not useable. I need it due to having a knee replacement in the next couple of weeks so need it replaced asap.
