Loose as a goose don’t waste your money

Brand new out the packet, compared to others on the market it’s more expensive. The angle of the curl is quite shallow and both ends are loose to the point where there is way too much freeplay. I regret every cent spent on this item and wish I had of taken it back straight away.

This bar is a winner

Whilst this is not a “brand name” bar, it definitely gets the job done. The bar weighs 10kg and comes with simple collars to ensure you weights don’t fall off. If you are looking at this bar vs another, do yourself a favour and save yourself a $100 or so and click add to cart.

This bar allows the perfect ergonomic grip for your arms and wrists to perform each motion of lift. The narrow width allows the weights to be positioned closer to your sides which optimises your balance. The bar itself is a decent weight and the ends allow the weight plates to rotate with each lift. I highly recommend this bar.
