Nordictrack S45I NT20 Treadmill

A pretty good treadmill, though takes quite a while to start up. You do need good internet connection if you are going to use the programs. The belt needed adjusting.

This is a top of the range great machine when confined and in need of exercise. It has a dedicated tablet display and adjusts to terrain as we go through the route

At first we had a little problem, set up instructions were not clear about making sure the machine was level (and how to do so) and after only a week of 1 hour runs I was devastated to see the mat had drifted to one side slightly causing rubbing and a tear. But the manufacture was amazing and sent someone out straight away. He was VERY knowledgeable and super lovely and had the mat replaced and the machine levelled immediately. There are two things I really don’t like about this machine, the fan is an awesome addition but can’t be adjusted and points almost a head taller than I am (I’m medium height) so when I run I can just feel it on the top of my scalp. Which is quite a tease when the fan on your face would feel amazing ! Also the cover at the front of the machine sits too far in which means I have to run further back on the machine so I don’t hit the cover with my strides. This makes me feel a little uncomfortable, not being closer to the machine in case I get into trouble and need to stop it quickly. But its something I’ve gotten used to quickly. Apart from these small issues, the machine is beautiful. It’s very sturdy. We were looking for a hardy machine that wouldn’t Bounce around as I ran and this one is just that. Apart from the mat issue at the beginning it’s a very quiet machine and easy to use. It inclines smoothly. And folds away easily. I like that the key is needed to start so my little boys can’t just turn it on.

Product is acceptable, medium quality build, Treadmill interface is slow to start and it is designed in a way to make so much trouble if you don't want to use iFit, if i knew it i would not buy this product.

Fabulous machine. Suitable for our whole family. The individual sessions are great and very engaging especially with the beautiful countryside. My husband can run further and more often using the Nordictrack as there is less impact to his knees. All round we are 100% satisfied with our purchase. Just need to get the heart rate monitor now.

It delivers just what it says. It can handle my extra weight with ease

delivery guy just left the packed tread mill outside in such a rush even though we requested to drop it at the back door. He just left at front door and did not even see that treadmill was against the window and could have broken the window glass.

Really enjoying using it with the iFIT programs. Great addition to the home gym.

Totally enjoying the treadmill and the ease to use the iFIT programmes. The large screen makes it interesting while you exercise. The only issue is fan is noisy, possibly hitting a wire, we are yet to ring warranty to have that sorted as we don’t use the fan itself.

This Nordictrack S45I NT20 Treadmill is fantastic and amazing product, we love it. We use this almost every other day the whole family since we bought from friendly and knowledgeable staff rebel buttler.

This treadmill is amazing so easy to use and with the iFit 12 month membership it motivates us all to be consistent and motivated. The best treadmill I have owned, great to run/jog on and also excellent just for walking. Highly recommend.

Machine turned on and started as normal and approx 1min in the screen went black and treadmill shut off, the treadmill wasn’t even a week old when this happened, went through and contacted for Warranty and we are still waiting for it to be repaired almost a month later

Once it’s up and running the product is great. Problem I had was a really noisy fan but they sent the part immediately and had it fixed within a week so great service. The only other negative is the weight of this item. My husband and bodybuilder son still had trouble moving this in from the car. Instructions to build were good but if I had to do this again I’d pay for delivery and set up. Loving IFit and enjoying getting back into fitness. Overall a great product.

Easy to set up, been using a month and very happy so far. Don't use the iFit (so a bit of a waste and not sure if it's worth the monthly fee, just use own tablet) but quiet, does everything we need in manual start. Good holders for water and mobile etc.

Have had issues since the day I got it, mostly getting stuck in the incline position all the time regardless of re-calibrating

Love this treadmill, it's a tread and PT all in one. It's big, has great features, soft track and not noisy. Pair it with IFIT and its the perfect workout.

Bought this a few days ago and assembled and had a few runs. Seems like a high quality product although there are some issues. 1. You’re locked into using iFit App to even run the treadmill.. even though the machine has hardware buttons. This means when the tablet dies or has a software fault.. you can’t use your $3000 treadmill. 2. The machine has hand grips which absolutely appear to be heart rate monitors.. however the manual says these are optional and the feature is unavailable for me. 3. Due to the software lock-in you cannot simply/at all use Netflix, Amazon etc. 4. The tablet is extremely slow to turn on and startup. Seems like multiple minutes before you can start moving.. plus there’s multiple windows you need to navigate in order to actually get the belt moving. 5. It’s quite a beast to assemble.

Excellent treadmill and been well worth the purchase. Highly recommended

This product exceeded my expectations. It is a quality machine. The belt is smooth and the unit is solid and sturdy and well built. The hand rails are also a really comfortable size.
