got it on sale for $799, had issues activating the ifit 6 months free subscription offered by rebel sport, i followed the instructions and activated the ifit account with rebel 6 months free promotion code, but the next day i realised my credit card was charged $290 by ifit , i escalated the issue with ifit and got the refund, it took 10days back and forth emails, it was a hassle so please be careful when you activate your ifit account . the bike itself is good quality, but its been only 3 weeks since we started using so far its been ok, ifit does work well with occasional Bluetooth drop outs using a tablet. had it delivered and assembled by rebel tech ($95 fees) don't think we could do it ourself because the bike is heavy and you need the tools, few hours and some skills to put together, we did have some delivery issues it wasn't delivered on the day it was meant to be delivered as the delivery guy was sent to stores where they didn't have the stock, when i called the store to ask the manager just informed me it was picked up and sent without checking properly which caused some confusion . but i escalated with the delivery team and it was delivered and assembled the next day. rebel needs to improve on their customer service when it comes to delivering bigger items like this.
