Good bike but delivery and construction was bad!

Bike works well and is good but was a big pain to put together! The guy at the rebel store said ‘it was only a couple of pieces and easy to put together’ before we bought it online. Also the delivery driver didn’t want to deliver it to the top of one flight of stairs in our apartment block when it arrived. Disappointed!! He said it wasn’t his job. The bike was so heavy!! My husband and I struggled to get it up stairs but managed to get in our place. The instructions were not easy to follow and there were some scratches and dents internally where the base is.

Makes a pretty loud grinding noise with low resistance (level 1 up to 11) but then seems to work fine. It’s disappointing and I obviously can’t bring it back to fix as I don’t have a truck.

Fundamental design issues with the seat.

There seems to be a fundamental design problem with the seat of this bike. The first bike I purchased couldn’t be assembled because of the seat. The second replacement bike had exactly the same issue and I had to return the bike and get a full refund. It was a very disappointing and frustrating customer service experience.

It's meh especially for the money you spend.

Honestly, Don't waste your money on this. It's way overpriced even on sale. It creaks, the fan is noisy, It doesn't feel good to ride. The "Unlimited iFit workouts" doesn't entitle you to anything extra in iFit at all and is just a lie. iFit is super shady and only offers "Family" memberships now for over 50 bucks a month. Just get an actual bike or a cheap exercise bike not this thing. Honestly I should have taken the thing back but it's not broken, just crappier than expected.

Good solid bike which was fairly easy to assemble, although some of the screws didn't quite fit perfectly! One problem was the resistance wasn't connected properly so was really difficult. This was solved after a quick call when registering the bike and a technician came and solved the issues. Customer service was great! Now we are loving it!

You can buy cheaper machines but if you want something that’s of quality but less bells and whistles this is the best machine I have found. It delivers on value for the money. It is well built sturdy and of good quality materials that will last.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago, seems ok for the money but seat is very uncomfortable feels like hard moulded cheap foam, I enquired about an issue with after sales help/service, there has been no reply and is non existent, over all its working ok so far but not worth $1000 any day of the week

Ok but expected more

The bike overall is ok but for its price you will expect more. The bike doesn't have heart rate sensor and the handle position doesn’t allow you to do different cycling positions. In addition you can only cycle in sitting position. It is very basic exercise bike.
