[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These spikes immediately made a difference in my competition. They fit well an were comfortable in a mile even though they are for sprinting. When competing in a 400 thy really hooked to the track well. A excellent spike overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These spikes are great! They are very comfortable! They are a little bit tight, but you want track spikes snug so I guess one would expect that, so if you want them a bit looser I'd say get a half size larger than usual. (I am usually a Men's 11 in Nike sizes and I got a size 11 Zoom Rival S 8 and they have just a little bit of toe room) The hard plastic part of the sole has some small plastic spikes on the sides and those will eventually become a bit worn down due to the fact that they aren't metal, but it doesn't effect the overall performance. They come with 14 removable, metal, black, 1/4in pyramid spikes. They don't come with any extras, just enough for both shoes, so don't plan on losing any! It does come with a nice tool to put in/tighten the spikes into the shoes though! It also comes with a black draw string bag to keep them in so they don't tear up your stuff in your gym bag, which is a nice touch. I do 100M to 200M sprints and these are very good for that distance, but I wouldn't recommend them for too much farther than that. And for those who are new with track spikes, at first they will be quite uncomfortable and make your feet sore, but you will get that at first with pretty much any spike you get so don't necessarily blame it on the shoe. Once your feet and the muscles in your feet get stronger and more used to how track spikes feel while running, they won't be nearly as uncomfortable. Overall i'm very pleased with these shoes, they're comfortable, very light and breathable, and look sweet! Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product about a week and a half ago and in that time I have gone to two track meets and when I was competing in the 55m the spikes were very comfortable and they feel great when you have them on, and in the 300 you can really feel thing digging into the track and pushing you foward, and your heals are secure and in place and they dont hurt after your run.
