Great shoes for tempo runs

I have had these shoes for almost 6 months now and overall they have been great for running short distances in. I originally bought them as my race day shoe however they weren’t giving me the same energy return as my previous carbon plated race day shoes show I now use them for tempo runs and a few long runs. However, I would not recommend these for heavier runners as the foam compresses a lot and it is easy to bottom out. In addition, the foam isn’t very durable so you won’t be able to get as many miles out of them as you might like. In conclusion I would recommend these to a fairly light runner who is looking for a pair of dedicated tempo shoes.

I love this shoe. I had to return them because they are not labeled correctly as mens or women’s. All others are listed as men’s or women’s sizes. But not the pair that I wanted.

I’ve put 100 miles in my first pair, the are extremely comfortable and light trainers, I don’t use them for races but I could. I intend to get another pair! The zoomx does seem to deteriorate a little quicker then some of the others I’ve had but I still love them

Streakfly for all the runs.

Fairly new into the race running world and this shoe has been the one I reach for more often than all the others. Soft /SO Light / Springy & comfortable at all the paces and distances so far. Outsole may not last forever, but does offer great traction.

Would be cool if they made a trail version and add vibram traction for the bottom rubber. I like the design, comfort along with the breathable upper mesh. Also hope to see a black on black version as well.

Excellent Shoe

I purchased this shoe after having many problems finding the perfect shoe for me that is both comfortable and yet snappy enough to keep my light on my feet. I have just recently began getting into longer distance running after years of being an athlete and I am not disappointed with this purchase. They will feel a little wobbly at slower paces but other than that no complaints.

Awful Durability

Nothing like the zoom streak, too squishy, feels unstable - but mainly the durability is horrible, the foam under the balls of my feet split within ~20 miles on the shoe

Lightweight is the best part Would go half a size down though

Great feeling shoe, terrible durability

My go to shoe for shorter tempo runs but the durability is very bad. You’ll notice the foam sheering after the first run and the wear will level off a bit until about 70 miles or so and then the wear starts to turn up again. The foam will start separating from the upper and generally the foam at the mid foot and heel will eat away pretty quickly. The shoe is only good for about 150-200 miles at peak-good performance.

Durability hits hard

It’s not a horrible running shoe. Super light weight and flexible. However, the durability is….subpar. The soft sole is great on your feet however it starts to deteriorate quickly. For the price point I found myself ordering multiple Nike Pegasus 40s.

great shoe for track workouts and not very long tempos. definitely get a size down. in my first workout with these, i got a blood blister because it was too big, but then a couple days later, i double socked and the shoe felt amazing. better than the vaporfly 2, in my opinion. great shoe.

Not worth it.

Light weight. Color wearing of the soles after only a couple uses. The little cushion spot on the inside heal is not that soft, causing irritation. Wouldn???t buy them again.

THE WORST RUNNING TRAINERS EVER!!!! Those trainers are poorly made and at every stride your foot completely collapses in the shoe. They provide ZERO support and when you run you lose so much forward motion. DO NOT BUY THEM!!!

I am a PE teacher and only have had these shoes for 2 months and the sole has already come away making them unwearable. I look for reliable trainers and these have really let me down. Disappointed and not satisfied at all

Top shoe is light as air and the mesh is so airy-allows for air to breathe through the shoe. Wouldn’t recommend in wet running for that reason. Comfy foam sole. Pretty flexible shoe. Big black check that helps pair with any black bottoms otherwise a refreshing white and seafoam sway

Perfect for 5-10k runs as advertised not suitable for other training types as the shoes doesn’t have much structure to it. Extremely light weight with an extra soft sole.

Incredibly light yet ample cushioning. I run multiple 5Ks per week on the treadmill and these have been phenomenal. Much lighter than the Pegasus 39 I was running in and yet I feel the cushioning on the Streakfly is solid enough to support my 200 lbs, 6’5’’ frame without feeling joint or foot discomfort.

Is a great shoes for tempos/ track workouts. Very comfortable. only thing I don’t love is they aren’t great on gravel, which I guess is to be expected with a road race shoes so I can’t really fault it.

I have worn Nikes my whole life and really wanted to love these since they are so lightweight, but they just haven’t held up. After less than 3 months, they are falling apart. I bought these 1 month postpartum so was not even running a ton.

Very light and comfortable shoes. I am not a frequent runner but bought this shoes for regular use. I loved it. For me, it was little bit larger (one size) so had to size down.

Lightweight shoe, nice colors, but does not hold up. Didn’t last through a single XC season. Soles wore quickly.

These shoes do not last. Ran about 30 miles in them and the soles are already wearing down on them. I started using them for treadmill running to make them last a bit longer.

I’ve gone through so many running shows and these have been my favorite by far. They are super comfortable and lightweight, and i’m purchasing my 4th pair lol. Only downside is they wear out really fast (especially the bottom sole). But it’s worth it, and I go through running shoes easy anyway. Highly recommend.

I loved the shoe, it was good for about 70 miles (about half of what the life expectancy was supposed to be) but I wasn’t using how it was supposed to, I took them on trails, and over all not roads, the final string was when they started to give me foot pain, I don’t know how they would’ve worked if I used them as a speed training shoe but they were good for the 70 miles I ran with them.
