  • Extra reinforcement in the forefoot secures feet
  • Laterally offset lacing system with notched tongue, relieves pressure on the top of the foot
  • Partially integrated tongue for a secure fit
  • Full-length ZoomX cushioning sits lower than the Vaporfly creating a lighter, more aggressive feeling

  • Heel-to-toe drop: 6 mm

Fantastic fast shoe

One of my favourite racing shoes. I find this price balance between minimal and comfy, lightness, responsiveness. Big fan. Gone through like 4 pairs already. And yes it does not last long being a racer, but the glue could be a bit stronger. Also find this show good for longer runs too (regularly do 15-20 miles), but I am quite used to minimal shoes…

Great for track workouts

I use these shoes for track work outs. They are Incredibly light but do lack a lot of padding. The ZoomX foam is open on the back end so it is less durable than it could be. They are perfect for short workouts and high pace runs. Would not recommend for anything more than a 5k race though.

Please do NOT discontinue this shoe!

This is the perfect minimalist shoe with just the right amount of cushion - not too much and not too little. It's extremely lightweight and breathable and the toe box is adequately wide enough. They are also the perfect shoe to travel with and pack well in your luggage. Runs true to size - go with your usual pegasus or vaporfly size. They look great, too. I get a ton of compliments every time I wear this shoe! I use these for jogging, walking, and HIIT workouts. Please do not discontinue this shoe!

BEST 5K RACE SHOE

This shoe is the perfect 5k/10k race shoe. I ran a 5k PB in my last race and looking g forward to racing in it again. This shoe disappears on your feet. I did use the runner's loop to get a good heel lock. I noticed the Streakfly 2 will be quite different from this design (adding a plate, heavier), so I'll probably order an extra pair or two.

Comfortable, lightweight and fast. I purchased these shoes for my 10 yo son for athletics training. These shoes are a great option for carbon free shoes. Highly recommend.

Great shoe

Wonderful shoe, 90% of the benefits of a carbon plated shoe for half the price. Light and responsive. Fantastic for 5km and 10km tempo runs and races.

Low quality sole

Had the shoes for 6 months back heel grip pad started falling apart, I run on my toes basically so the back of the shoes didn’t get much impact and the wear on the back was low so the fact it fell apart is horrible. Shoes are comfortable but the quality is atrocious.

Streakfy durability

Nike streak fly sneaker provides you with a nice ride that is great for short runs (up to 5 k), Not great for heal strikers- only 10. Miles and the heal is pealing off

Amazing fit and comfort

At first, I thought that I wouldn’t be able to run anything longer than maybe my speed intervals but then I tried them out on a 5K on a treadmill, and they were like running on clouds. They’re very lightweight and not at all clunky and they’ve got a nice bounce to them. I would say give them a try a few times before you count them out. I was used to the Pegasus and something a lot more solid on the souls of the shoe and it took me a little bit of time to kind of get used to them and now that I’m used to them I absolutely love them.

I love the light weight of the shoe, the Pebax shank, and of course the soft Zoom X foam. All these things make the shoe perfect for anything speedy, no matter if that's a race, interval training, or strides. I wouldn't recommend this shoe for daily use or runs because the durability is supposedly not great (I think it only happens due to heavy heel striking). Overall, great shoe.

Not good

For non-elite runners this shoe will destroy your feet and ankles running more than a mile at a time. The shoe itself also falls apart incredibly fast. I strongly recommend against purchasing these shoes. Many shoes are better in every way, Vaporfly 3 for example is fast enough for a 5k and supportive enough for a marathon. Why bother with this torture device that can cripple you at a 10k distance?

Light on feet but recommend going half a size up

Using these shoes to train daily and for an upcoming 5k. The shoes feel light and airy on feet. My only dislike is I am typically true to size in Nike shoes and my regular size feels too short. I get discomfort when I run in these shoes in the toe box area. It feels like my big toe is rubbing against the front of the shoe. I will likely end up exchanging my pair for half a size bigger.

Shoes fall apart quickly

I loved these shoes, very comfortable and light. Like the other reviews I’ve heard, I too have only put 52 miles on these shoes and the top of the shoe is separating from the soul. I’ve had to gorilla glue them twice already. Kind of embarrassing to be honest. I just use them on my short runs around the neighborhood now. Will not purchase these again. Sadly it makes me not want to purchase and of the super shoes Nike offers either.

These shoes are amazing .. At first i was hesitant because of some of the reviews on these shoes, but soon as I took it for spin on my runs . It was like running on a cloud. These shoes are amazing .. I definitely would be another pair for sure . They are great on long/ short distances runs .

Only wore them for 4 practices, nothing crazy just some hills and some other stuff, noticed after my last practice with them a tear already in the heal. Very disappointing it was a comfortable shoe

Was really enjoying these shoes for the 30 miles i got in them. Unfortunately the back side of the outsole blew up — on a treadmill work out… Not sure if I just got a lemon, but super disappointed in the quality especially at this price point.

Durability/price/Shoe

Theses shoes are great used them for track and cross country training and they last me a good 200 Miles but the only problem is durability because after 3 track meets I saw the sole starting to peel and for the price I paid I would expect them to last more than 3 races. I would recommend great shoe have no problem other than price.

After 15 miles, the sole has become separated. Very light shoe but not durable at all, especially at this price point.

switched from nike free to streakfly because i needed a little more cushioning as i get older. tried the infinityRN and they were just too heavy and stiff causing foot pain. the streakfly are even lighter than my free's. minimum heal-to-toe drop which i was also looking for coming from nike free's. lots of springy foam. "sticky", grippy soles. i have been getting my best times so far in the streakfly. took 1 star off for durability. the springiness decreases after a couple runs, but its not gone. they are showing some wear on the soles after 45 miles. i just dont think i will get 600 miles out of them like i did with my nike free. But, in order to make them more durable, they would have to have rubber soles which would make them heavier and less flexible. so maybe it's not fair to deduct a star for durability? I use these as a daily trainer and racer. i want to train in the same shoe that i will be racing in. initially got a blister on my pinky toe, but i took care of that with some mole skin, and now i dont need it after breaking the shoes in. runs a little small, as all nike shoes seem to
